  1. Nice one Wurz, I took mine off when I fitted a decent scope, the foresight is in my garden pond somewhere and the rear sight is actually now on my Pistol Bow now. SPA for you buddy Shaun, On Wurz's post there is a number one at the bottom right with a little " + " in a button next to the number one. Place your mouse cursor over it and click on it, the plus button will go and you will increase the number Thats how we award 'Slut Points' or to give it its propper name "Reputation Points" Phantom
  2. Thanks D' I'm used to seeing these tapeworm cyst's on the bunnies from within the cemetery, but this bugger was right across the far side of the paddock, where the worst I've seen was a heavily flea infested bunny. Phantom
  3. Hey Wurz Speedy is either hiding in fear of his life or those remains I saw on the road near the cemy were his! He can out run me getting a bead on him, but cars and lorries moving at 70+ MPH is a different matter I've still got my eye out for him though, and his offspring, but I'm hoping to bag Linford and his family soon Phantom
  4. Good day Ladies and Gentlemen, Last night, I went to the Pony Paddock and if it was going to be slow I would have a wander around the cemy. I decided that I would have a go at some bunnies from the part of the paddock that I've not shot since before the snow earlier this year. I'd often seen bunnies over that end when I've been at the cemetery. I got to about 60 meters from the far end and tucked myself up in the vegitation standing. Here is where I was shooting from First up was a kit, I've previously decided that with the kit's I'm gonna put the lead through the ch
  5. Just read this John and thought WTF are you on about or more likely WTF are you on today? Then I had another looksee at the pic and it jumped out at mw what your on about :clapper: I'd not seen it 1st time I looked, but your spot on right John, facing the other way to the bunny and below it Good Spotting Phantom
  6. What a CORKER of a jump that was Looked like a Pony trying to jump a high gate :claper: Awsome shot buddy I'll give you the deserved SP when I get some more; system claims I've used em all for today How many do we get each day? As for Senior Speedy, aint seen him around now for a bit, saw something that vaguely resembled him on the main road, but not too many identifying marks left by the tyre treads I've seen lots that have his fecking charetoristics like; and I've got my sights set firmly on Linford now He's fast as Speedy and Black as Coal, I want his pelt
  7. Dont get much better than that do it Nice shot Phantom
  8. I dropped a big headed one t'other day biggest I've seen in a long time Nice to see Shannon's interest is still there lots of kids would have gotten bored by now. Well done both Phantom
  9. My S200 squeaks when I fill her with the pump. All it is is the air squeezing past the highly sprung valve. Bit like a whistle really, blow fast you get a noise blow slow and it don't make the noise. Personally I find the squeak reassuring when I'm pumping it manually, lets me know that air is actually going into the cylinder Phantom
  10. Stoeger's parent company is none other than Baretta Phantom
  11. He did now he's 50 again (for the 25th time) Phantom
  12. SPA for that one Mark The reason for that is, that you just reminded me that I was taught that method (and totally forgot about it) when I used to do a lot of hill & mountain walking in the Lakes, Snowdonia and Isle of Sky. We were taught to grab a set nunmber of pebbles and put them in our pocket and then chuck one away after every 100 or 500 meters so we could use it as a guide with the OS Maps. Thanks; Nice little reminder Phantom
  13. Hey guy's I've had a browse and the Westlakes are sold under other names such as BAM (Westlake & Bam both sold in the USA) in this country they are sold under the brand name of SMK! Now I'm pretty sure that all SMK's are capable of despatching bunnies at nominal air gun ranges, apart from the Biathlon Trainer ( but thats meant for 10M Paper work anyway) their BB rifles and soft-air. Do you have a model number stamped on it anywhere? or failing that a photo to put up? Regarding Ox springs, its highly unlikely that if you buy the one thats designed for that particular rifle that
  14. Hey there, Do you know what the gun's output is now? Phantom

  22. Hey Jasper Thats one sweet shot Blood out the nose and mouth suggests a perfect heart lung shot Phantom
  23. Thanks again guy's Chris s & Alan C: Yeah could be, very cheap and light weight by the looks of it. I know there are a few types with twin ring, but this hadn't penetrated the muscle, just the skin and muscle facia; both had healed over. I would imagine it had caused sufficient pain and a wound that could have caught infection at the time. Just lucky its own immune system managed to fight off infection and heal the wound. It so pisses me off though, even shooting at the heart, there is no way bunny could move fast enough for it to have hit the hind quarters, unless as Alan C said it
  24. Hey up John, You've been quiet for a while, are you managing to get out or is work getting in the way? Thanks for the comments Phantom
