Like I said thats a rule of thumb. There is things that may make it a bit more.If the dig ends up being more than a meter deep.Having skips if you cant get a grab to get the muckaway.Really expensive bricks or roof tiles/slate.Fancy interior woodwork,Composite or joinery made exterior windows/doors rather than upvc.

Building work.Me and a pal mostly do extensions right from digging the footings through to tiling the roofs. We start a loft conversion for another pal next week so untill we start Ive been helping him with his ground screw jobs this week .Was down the New Forest Tuesday,Peterborough yesterday and North Essex today so have to be on the road at 5 every morning from Kent so a 2hr journey doesn't become 3 1/2 hour every day.Get there, mark everything out early if the clients will allow then start drilling at 8.Smash it out and get back on the road to beat the M25 traffic home

Just left the job on my way home. Was up at 4.15 and on the road at 5.00 this morning

Same as mate 51 and still got a 32 waist at 6ft tall.Tbh I've put on a little bit since last Oct when I started eating bread/pastry and starchy carbs again but literally knocked it all on the head this last week after looking at last year's holiday pics and remembering how much better all my joints felt. Also I feel less hungry all the time even though Im eating less.I also have a pint of water every morning with juice of half a lemon and a table spoon of apple cider vinegar. My bird makes me fresh sea moss jelly infused with turmeric and ginger and I also take oregano oil capsule evey morning.O

So what mid size vans aint using wet belts these days?I know with my pathfinder they were prone to snapping chains so as soon as I bought it I paid a grand and had a duplex chain conversion.I knew the Fords were best given a swerve because of the wet belts but didn't know other manufacturers were using them
-
Ok,But do you know if they are any good?
-
Canterbury see them doing anything any better than the established breeds that we already have over here.Just the next big money maker so will be bred indiscriminately with nothing other than profit in mind

Anyone got any experience or know much about the Vauxhall Vivaros from around 17 throught to 20plates?I used to love a Vauxhall diesel years ago but aint got a clue about the later ones. Its time to get rid of my pathfinder as its 11years old now and although it's always been serviced religiously it's got a few miles on it now and although it does everything I want I dont really need a 2.5 4x4.I need something I can chuck all my tools in the back.Get one of my scooters in if needs must.Be a bit higher than an estate as the lanes round here are shit and I wrecked my last estate motor Audi A6 s l

Im far from anti abortion but how long does it take to decide whether you want to bring a child into the world or not?Surely nobody needs 8 or 9 months to have a think about it

I can remember going up in 94 I think in my pals horse lorry and going over to the international terrier match in the barn next to a boozer a few miles from the main show groundon the Saturday night.Towards the end of the evening a scuffle broke out at the back of the barn and it turned out it was one of the lads I was with had chinned another lad from down our end.Next thing it was kicking off left right and centre.A barn full of terrier lads from all over the UK and Ireland all on the piss. What could possibly go wrong eh?

At least it crashed taking off and not descending

You sometimes see that in American bulldogs too where they used it to put size in.I can't see why people get so hung up on size.A 100/120 dog with bad intentions is more than a match for any man and will move a lot better,be healthier with better longevity.
