  5. Chapelle,Bill Burr,Joe Rogan,Jim Jeffries,Tom Segura and one I can just sit and listen to telling his life story Joey Diaz
  6. And of course a lot depends on your genetics and lifestyle.I eat on average 4/6 whole eggs a day,Whole milk,Real butter slapped on everything,Cook with real lard and dripping and eat massive portions. But Im out walking with the dogs at least 90mins a day 3hrs on a weekend guaranteed and Grafting on site everyday.I got checked out just before christmas and my cholesterol was perfect and blood pressure 115 over 65.both my uncles on my mums side ate like me and drank at least 6 pints of guiness every night and like me are 6ft and never topped 13st.Wheras on my stepfathers side him and all 3 of hi
  7. Theres a village down here where theres a large communityof them Plymouth Brethren.A neighbour of mine who I did season on a shoot with picking up got right in with them doing their building work. They own a very successful timber merchants in Canterbury and Ive heard stories that theyll ban anyone who swears in there.I helped him pour some footings for an extension on one of their houses and at the time they didnt use computers or mobiles and im pretty certain they didnt have tele's either.I remember getting my site radio out after an hour and Bill telling me to put it away as we weren't allow
  8. No worse than bull cross owners.Only ever owned bull crosses myself and witnessed a few very good ones over the years but 90% of the bull crosses Ive seen weren't worth feeding and very rarely did the job how there owners claimed
  9. Christ that easier than taking them up dangling off the side of a cherrypicker bucket
  10. Youd want f**king long arms to pick one of them up though
  11. Used to but got a decent airfryer now which can do the same and so much more
  12. Didnt have you down as transphobic
  13. I like it when he sneaks in.Hes good for a laugh
  14. Fella Im working for atm has branched out into doing these ground screws atm.I was a bit sceptical at first but the more Ive seen them used and been doing them with him the more Ive seen the advantages. This job we also built the frame and plyed it for a big garden building to go on but weve done them for big decking areas and done a lot for people to sit containers on.They save loads of muckaway and are great if you have shit acces for getting concrete etc in.Just carry however many screws in that are needed and the drill. All your marking out gear and levels and away you go.
  15. Yeah mate.Wr normally run a 5x2 the full length down one side and a 2x2 down the other.Pull a line between them and space a 4x2 and a 3x2 acordingly.Fix them with tech screws from the inside. Then just fix whatever roof sheets yo have to the timbers leaving a nice 150mm overhang both sides
  16. Not far from the big 50 now
  17. Was sat indoors this morning a bit fed up as its my birthday and Im stuck indoors for the 6th day with the worst flu/cold/covid whater it f**king is that Ive had in years.Had to ring my girlfriend up and tell her that I wouldnt be up even though she'd booked a day off from her very busy job so we could go out for the day.So she gets a cab and a train down to me in the snow(big thing for her as she doesnt like to leave the house if its under 12 degrees,Black thing apparently)To bring me down a great big dish of my favourite brown stew chicken and then cooked me up a nice white sweet potato and
  18. Theres a fella near me that we used to use before covid when we doing civils for southern gas.He had 3 crane lorrys doing nothing else but running shipping containers about. He has them kitted out as site offices,canteens,toilet/shower facilities or just plain containers for storing tools/materials.You can hire them from him ,buy them and he'll even buy them back.Must be good dough in them as hes permanatly got a massive yard full of them.
  19. Thats it mate all the thicker structual steel normally stays sound. The roofs normally rot through with age because theyre flat and dished so water lays in them.
  20. Where are the rust holes in them.Normally they get them in the roof,I do quite a bit of work for a mate who puts up agricultural buildings and weve put new roofs and even cladded walls on quite a few old containers where farmers dont like to throw anything away.Few lengths of timber,Some box profile sheeting and a couple of boxes of tech screws has gotta be cheaper and less agro than getting rid of the old ones and then buying new.
  21. And I wernt having a poke at your nights mate as we have a very similar scene down here.100/150 people fro. All over east kent that have been into the scene forever and just catch up every now and again and party to a few local DJs from back that were all still mates with and the odd legend from the music scene now and again. Its these ones where theyre trying to recreate things from 30years ago Next ones A Guy Called Gerald in 3 weeks This'll be the 3rd year running hes played down here
  22. Andy loved his Rockabilly stuff.Ive never seen anyone take a crowd on such a musical journey for 6hrs,The man was a musical genius. And yes that night was pretty messy.
  23. HadAll this lets bring the old days stuff just dont do it for me and i finnd all the nostalgic Back to the 80/90s stuff a bit too cheesy.A mate invited me to one of them Centerforce dos a couple of years back and it was just a load of over the hill tough guys ans theier bleach blonde, fake tanned, full to brim with botox birds dreseed in silly hi viz accessories shuffling around to some Djs that I liked back in the day.Ellis D ,Ratpack,Billy Bunter etc but none of them played a single track different from 30 years ago.I tried but had to go after an hour.Saying that I still follow some old school
  24. Exaxtly that mate.Unless you are realistically gunna use a camper as a camper for 6 months of the year they are wasted and who really needs a fixed cooker/sink/fridge.Thats why im gumma put the monet into insulating/soundproofing /lining mine and a really good electrical system and awning and everythingvelse will be removable so I can still use it as a van.Im only gunna use it for camping when the weathers nice anyway so would rather be sst out cooking etc under an awning anyway so will just have a sofa bed in the back for sleeping
  25. Im gunna do a van this year biut apart from decent electrics, insulation and soundproofing and a side window everything else will be removable.Im gunna copy a mates idea and use a nice comfy sofa bed strapped down to the tie down points so I can just chhuck it in the garage when not in use.Ive got a nice little portable 2 ring breifcase type cooker that I can use under a decent awning which is top of the list.Cant see why anyone would want to cook inside their van and stink it out Fridge is another thing Im looking into,Theres some really good ones on the market that run on 12v that can also be
