  2. What was the problem ?? i think i used to hunt with these most weekends when they were kenneled in the pennines and known as the west yorkshire mink hounds (still got them swimming a mink in full cry on video somewhere) going back a few years now but had some fantastic sport untill internal politics took them away Capt Augur was the Master,Jarvis hunted them, and Maurice did the terrier work Cant recall ever having a bad day with them myself ? 3. I partly agree with what you are saying smokers are an excellent method to bolt rats. Now if I may include this in your topic alexcjacko I have nt used a ferret to rats in a lot of years(30 odd+) but have bolted them whilst rabbiting I've never known myself or anyone else that have dug down and found a ferret facing rat anyone on here that has? When ratting out buildings, clearing rubbish/bales etc when you get close to finishing Why are rats piled up in corners heads down on top of each other? Y.I.S Leeview

  11. in the final 1982 against Steve Davis after the first session Alex Higgins was 10-0 down and the bookies had him at 100-1 to win which famously he did Y.I.S Leeview in the final of 1982 he beat ray reardon Jeez I cant believe I got that so wrong at the time I was working for a firm in Leeds, Smith+Nelson's snooker and billiard table manufacturers who incidently had turned Alex Higgins down in the early 70's when he first came over from Ireland. The work not only maintained WMC tables they used to set tables up for exhibition matches and which ever tournament my comment above relates
  12. Some of the advice on general care and treatment of disease ON HERE is pretty dodgy. My question and your answer which I fail to see your point Now if you felt that "advice on general care and treatment of disease ON HERE is pretty dodgy" why quote myself? Y.I.S Leeview
  13. At £25 entrance to get in and I bet you did nt get round everything that was on offer IMHO with the CLA you have to mark out what you want to see and anything else is a bonus Trooperman:are you sure basc are connected? they attend sure enough but thats about it The catering; Symmonds have the bars on site, they get charged £3000 per bar PLUS 10% of their takings for the show so Symmonds put their prices up to suit Y.I.S Leeview
  14. And you continue to misunderstand simple sentances,I used to think deliberately, but now consider it's because you lack basic comprehension. You quoted a question I put to btn and you replied with a totally inappropriate answer and you consider I lack basic comprehension? No wonder you no longer teach. Y.I.S Leeview
  15. Life's too short. Lifes what you make it but you carry on once again making statements that you wont back up Y.I.S Leeview

  17. I'd say the only thing that definitively unites us is those who oppose what we do. Anti's and organisations like the RSPCA are a common enemy to each and every fisherman, shooter, ferreter, etc. Can I just point out when the ban was going through fishermen wanted nothing to do with us "bloodsport supporters" in fact Michael Foster was a keen match fisherman Y.I.S Leeview
  18. IanB you did take members right to come on as invisible away though so all members should be visible Y.I.S Leeview
  19. Some of the advice on general care and treatment of disease ON HERE is pretty dodgy. Typical droid answer never mentioned "care and treatment of disease" Y.I.S Leeview Typical 'Leeview' answer.
