cable ties. what do you fix the cable ties onto the wooden walls and roof with ? ? You could use wood staples then put the cable tie through them. next question..whats a wood staple ? as you all gathered I'm a bit shite at DIY.... I actually bought my 1st hand saw last week...2 actually.. Some call them u nails. Are those the croquet pins you had in your lawn Ian? Y.I.S Leeview

What I mean is surely the site would be better with 2,000 commited/contributing members than 40,000 who contribute feck all? Certainly be easier to moderate Apart from the fact that the advertisers would have a lower audience to potentially sell to. Cheers, D. Spot on D but the site would nt need so many moderators for committed/contributing members,so doubt the mods will favour that idea?LOL Y.I.S Leeview

The lurchers your aware of? do they work or race? You have a goverment funded industry in Eire breeding greyhounds, these can be split into track and field dogs and thats what they are bred for coursing bred for the field and not surprisingly track bred for racing round the track, and a very very few cross over from track to field or field to track SUCCESSFULLY Master Mcgrath was bred to course, tracks came 50yrs after he had died so why have a race named after a dog not known for speed but working ability? Working Terrier Orniments

You been busy Wolfie 5or 6 kids?LOL Y.I.S Leeview -
Lurchers are working dogs first and foremost, but prizes and money bring out owners with non working dogs that are fast and thats it,no recall, not worked except at shows for the prizes and money. Racedogs have tracks to run around but thats not as easy as beating a working dog that has enough speed and brains to catch its quarry Y.I.S Leeview

That's why we would have to have a committee with each person looking after a section of the game fair with one person in over all charge to bring it all together ......... It can be done Moochers had a weekend in Derbyshire a few years back that was excellent, and well supported. My first suggestion is decide where any profits are going FIRST,lost count of shows and clubs that start off brilliantly the money gets totted up and every man and his dog has a different idea on how to spend whats been made Y.I.S Leeview

Not seen Rees advice (there are a lot of pages in fairness). I can't immediately see why asking the police to investigate would compromise a private prosecution as most private prosecutions come as a result of a refusal by the police or CPS to pursue a case following investigation even though there is some evidence of wrong doing. However, if you have legal advice to the contrary from a specialist in this area, then you should follow it. I have not read it all to be honest, did try to keep up with it when it first started but things move on pretty quick. The police are invol

Listened to JW Sunday afternoon whilst knitting a few more rows and can honestly say does not rise at all, even had Flynn out to make sure it did nt move up when finishing the knots off. Now wether this is down to the weight balancing nr perfectly? or I close the knot with the needle below the mesh board and the twine coming down over the face of the mesh board? Y.I.S PS there was a cracking interview with Allan Clarke on JW

Parson Terrier Lost/stolen 3 Week's Ago
Leeview replied to buster gonads's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
happy ending...great news Yes, good news for a change . Great result BG was it found, bought or stolen by the persons who had it? Y.I.S Leeview -
The weight is about a kilo and hangs down so there is tension all the time your knitting, but its not arm wrenching or a struggle to hold the weight at all Im just keeping the weight still without it rising. I've cant say I've ever seen the weight rise while Im knitting though,I'll have it out Sunday afternoon while listening to Johnny Walker and watch to see if it does indeed move and report back Y.I.S Leeview
