    I tried them several times and did not get on too well, found them inconsistant. (including a neighbouring land owner complaining about frightening her horses) As Matty says subs are good for 100yrds and in my case I am regually pushing that to 120 yrds. I actually ended up taking the to my local gunshop and disposing of 200 of them! (Maybe 350???) CBW

    I am not so sure about blocking users. BBB for instance was rude and abusive, however he was actually correct with his original post and I learned something from this. (I also learned a new insult!) I think it MAY be a little narrow minded.....Not sure. CBW

    As with Jamie G I have the Zeiss. I was lucky, ebay purchase with a paypal 10% off voucher, supplied from the USA and it was when the pound was good against the dollar......Slightly less than £400 delivered. It is worth shopping around as it really is a good scope, if you go the ebay route make sure it gets sent as a 'gift' helps with the chances of not paying VAT! CBW

    Mr L.....You are VERY wrong, just yesterday I learned a new asparagus recipe.....On this forum! Pictures and instructions from a German man who obviously can do what he says!!! Must cook the recipe first then I might pick him up from Colchester to shoot a few of my bunnies!!! Mr S, It also looks better than your humble pie !!!! The best way to buy a scope is to look through as many as possible then spend as much as you can afford!!! Dont use it as a Mod as that will void the warranty. CBW

    I have the HW95K (Springer), I used to have a pneumatic sharp innova(Which is still super accurate but leaks!!). I wish I had spent a few quid more and bought another PCP from the start, now I have the rimfire and want a .243 I cannot justify buying one. Save for a bit longer and buy the PCP! As people say 'buy cheap buy twice' CBW

    So Deker, which of those would you use around farm buildings and stables for Rabbits at 20-30 yrds??? Silence is imperative and ricochet must be minimised. (My air rifle is a springer and too noisey) CBW

    As some of you know I work for the Ambulance service and I have been to far too many suicides involving shotguns, I actually think its a good thing that the police do this. I have suffered depression, (Too many dead children) But I now have my cert, give it time and reaply. The reason the police sent the firearms unit is because they are the only ones who will touch a shotgun! They were not going to tazer you! CBW

    Cut your losses and trade it all in!! Nothing hacks me off more than spending money 'hand over fist' and still not achieving what I wanted, your going to end up with a hybrid rifle thats never going to be quite what you wanted. Out it and start again. CBW
