Cocker, I'm glad you mentioned this, and I'm with you on this. Mine however do not bark, they whine at intervals and are very fidgety around the home until it passes.

Marans are very good eggs layers. A nice dark chocolate egg. Hens can be real bully's, and are not frightened to give you a good peck or two. However they do make any egg box look pretty and certainly sell first! I'm having some lovely Wheaten Marans delivered at the weekend.

Rabbits are not classed as game. Not in the day time or at night. However: The game act 1831 does state that no one should enter upon land without consent in pursuit of game, woodcock, rabbits and snipe. The Night Poaching Act 1828 states the same, but punishment is a little more stronger, and allows gamekeepers to arrest. The deer act 1991 will punish you even more if you have killed a beast out of it's season. There are exemptions in place for this. These are all lengthy and very old acts which have been amended........slighty.

not really an informed comment there fella. paedophiles and rapists don't generally make themselves as easy to catch as fellas walking around with a big torch on. if a 'crime' presents itself, then surely by their very definition they need to police the offending behaviours, whether those offences are deemed minor or otherwise Are you "The Filth" by any chance...........................
