is that the name of the ped headgerunner whippets ? i might be wrong here , but going back when i had my none ped racing bitch , she was 20 in 20 lb , fast, good on rabbits , some of the males hit 23 in 34 lb , tough little dogs pile into foxes no prob if you let the buggers lol. they had in three genes staff bull, greyhound , that give them that toughness . agilty, pace, and not bsad stamina for sprinters . i did see few ped working whippets back then in the 80s , being honest i felt the none ped offered that bit more , away from the track, ok all whippets feel the cold, and get knock

just watched the face off with fury v usyk , fookin fury pushing his nut right into usyk, making near loose his balance etc. ok fury got that extra weight and height, but fook me need that in the ring, i thought usyk was going pull one back and crack him, fury giving all the big bollocks that he knock him out dead quick , and said he usyk was scared of him maybe, maybe not, but i know one thing ( if) they ever do get in the ring together , fury will have to stop usyk early in the fight, if not he stop fury , he proved that twice when he as to, he can come on very strong the end o

Well, born 1952, and didn't have a great educational experience, in them days, if you weren't in the A class, you were factory fodder, building site fodder, I did both. OK I ended up with well payed job at my local brewery, was there 25 years. So I done OK really, no trade or education to speak off, but had good wage, and fooked lower back, and knee now. But one thing I always fancied doing was ( glass blowing) doing that kind of job, and getting good wage for it be good job I reckon.? But like everything in life, you can't live in the past, what's done is done, as they say.

that true , his size be the factor in this fight, but both be up for this fight, fury come in prob bit lighter and sharper . b ut so will be usyk he deff be sharp and fast for this fight, he know fury will drop his weight 2 1/2 st all over him and use his extra 6in over usyk . but i really believe will know this and try to get in with hard body shots , to drop furys long reach. i keep saying usyk not that small 6ft 3in 15st 10lb , same size what Ali was , he deff could ko fury , i deff pay to what this fight.

Great dogs, I had none ped bitch 20in 20lb, dogs made 23 in 34lb, game little dogs. I raced my bitch in black Country, was good on rabbits as well. Don't know if they race in the black county anymore. What your bitch ped whippet, or small lurcher.?

Think he wrote them in the EDRD, took fair bit of game with them as well he always preferred the 1x gsd xgrey, to the to 1/4 bred gsd x grey, think he went to Oz, and worked them there rabbits, few pigs.
-
Lol, it all history now mate, he just old dog, be nice if made couple more years, but he 11 already, he might with bit of luck.
-
Yes, spot on it was, big 27in 75lb good distance greyhound, Buck was always going to big strong dog, with Razz as sire, his dam the gsd was 24in strong fit bitch, he old now mate 11, he OK plods along nice steady, shame they get old but he gave me 8 good years clamping, had some long hard nights with him

i see what you mean, even though nothing like proer apbt = bulldog , the cops rspca , would label the same breed, after all there pit x abd x mastiff type x there really poor bred ( bandog) . and even though license or retraining be good thing , but the divs macho types would never do it. feck me i have enough probs with think lab owners and dob owners going at my old dog Buck , Christ he 11 year old , ive had go out early to avoid them. ist time in long while that i wish i had one of our old line staffs we had in the 60s, he kill them feckin labs or dob , but suppose it be my dog that pay t

well, will these 2 really get in the ring and fight on feb 17th.?? or will fury find another way out of it .? i carnt really see the prob with fury fighting usyk, because usyk will deff be a easier type fight. he use his 18 st and drop all over usyk, with the extra 2 1/2 st and 6in reach , it be i think to much for usyk to break down, fury stop usyk latter rounds, unless usyk can find away to get in low and hard on fury, if so he knock fury deff out. when fury had step up to the mark on a strong big hungry as big strong, like been said he couldnt do it. lets hope they fight he get the

nice that, build to take few bangs/ bumps. i had kelpie x collie x grey bitch in the 80s looked very similar in color build was 23 in 50 odd lb strong with it. she was hard nails , great on rabbits, couple foxes, great type knock about type, the types i like. But her temp was bad, she was dangerous with other dogs, and people, with me she was great very loyal protective deff, any stranger get to close she nail them. it was her protective nature , that was her down fall. she started to get funny with my wife and back then my young 8 year old son, she snapped at him, i give her good hiding ,

mine bit like jukel123 , as ive said on here lot of times , when a kid in w-ton was brought up with heinz 57s= mongrels , and bull breed = working line staffs, and later bullmastiffs . when going back 37 years , i was walking my bullmastiff bitch by a golf course , had her on the lead she could be funny with other dogs, when what thought what was greyhound , ran flat out on the edge green, go right over a gate after tree rat. i thought fook me never seen a greyhound do that, the bloke got his dog back, then started to walk by me with it on a lead. i said never see greyhound do that, he s

Why not just use a normal type heat lamp. I've got 2 red bulb lamps hanging from bracket in the kennel, it gives of enough heat, as dogs will flat out, they don't curl up, like most dog when there cold All heat is supposed to do, is take chill out of the air, and keep comfortable at room temperature, they haven't got to be to hot, unless there skinny type whippet with thin coat lol, get a dog with thick coat. Old Buck got great coat. Don't feel the cold. But he 11 so put lamp on now, if forecast frost next day.

the bitches, made 26in, nice strong frame , but not like Buck or his brother had. but as ive always said on here , he good pace for big dog and agilty , they all got a long stride on them, so cover ground quick, had good wind, bitches were the same. they bit full on as well after quarry , he landed on fookin wire etc , but go through a wood in the dark after his quarry didnt get hurt, but i think me getting out as 10 week old pup, he tag long no prob, he got used it, lot of his catches' were out the beam anyway , trigger on here say the same about him. it very good x as lamping dog, if yo

True John, he as aged, well he is 11, but as you know we had many a good night with him, remember that one night he got that fox in field, and all the cattle were chasing him, he jumped the fookin fence with fox in his mouth.there was no way was living his fox threre he must thought fook cattle lol, he was full on after his quarry wasn't he. Remember that night we bought lad out with us, he wanted few tips on lamping. I said hold Buck, and I get over the fence , I started to climb over, when fookin Buck jumped up, and nearly dragged the lad over the fence, I had pull Buck back, the lad we

They were me dad's really, I walk them for him, he used to know lads got them, and sometimes take them out with him there. This was in the 60s, bit more relaxed about staffs then.

Spot on mate, when we had our old line bred staffs in the 60s, ours were more like some apbt of to day, ours hit 15 - 19 in and 40lb - 55lb, ours were walked always on leads, and not public places, and if anybody ever seen them, they just thought they were leggy staffs, ours were all in kennel / runs, not really house dogs, nice temps, with us no good as guard dogs to daft, but wouldn't trust them with strange dogs.
-
Thanks mate, your spot on with what wrote. The dam was from Eastern European bred stuff, she go out in the day with the lads terriers and lurcher, a fit healthy bitch , nice straight back etc, good guard dog, but not over the top, a nice nature, and Razzmatazz, was big 28 in distance greyhound from Max stuff on here, he deff got good dogs in him. And regards the dam as the base blood =gsd, I think it put that bit more fire into to the litter, the dam 24 in, and razz 28in, we new the pups make 26 - 28in, Buck 28in, he deff was full on to his quarry, but like said, when not hunting, was very d

Well, hard to say really, I went to lot of places, he had roe, cwd, fallow. Munjack. What I got went in me freezer, it was great to somthing, more so if I had travled 6 hours round trip, and come back happy. As long as he caught something That's all that mater to me, not how many he caught. But where he really came into his own. Was going in cover day /night, he smash through any thick cover to get his quarry, he had few munjack in woods, that takes good dog to do that, his nose was brill finding them, I think got most pleasure, seeing him do that, coming out either dead munjack, or a fo
