The muslims only do it for other muslims not like n as you'll prob also know say langar were in India the sikhs invite everyone to a huge kitchen and everyone is welcome and can go and get a free meal usually thali were ever they come from or backgrounds or what ever there religion n that's a serious amount of meals..

Seen a vid earlier on that ytube channel you mentioned it was what Brian shaw eats in a typical day absolutely mental 3500 calls just in one meal n think that was one of 8 meals can see why a lot say the trainings the easy part it's the eating that's the hardest..

Anyone seen the Eddie hall eating challenge show Eddie eats America think it's called reckon there be some good diets on that lol the average American serving is double to ours for a start anyway, that man versus food used to be quite good when that was about.

I used to eat a lot n enjoy doin it especially a good steak or curry n sushi bein my #1 but the last few months just eat When I feel like it now so my appetite is at least half what it used to be sometimes can't eat until late afternoon then feel bloated after so opin that goes away soon as used to enjoy me scran..

Ah got ya lol, the bits iv seen look a good laugh tho I didn't realise they were such good mates friends yeh but seems like they get on real well plenty banter but seems nick gets the brunt of it gets plenty stick..

Honestly tho mate Iv always been in shape people have always thought i go the gym every day and diet but I smoke and eat all sorts of shit especially sweet and fatty stuff my diet is actually really bad n I don't go the gym but I put me in shape down to sweating a lot n some bag work sometimes that's it I think if natural gyms n diets are over rated I really do but they are good for when your at the shape you want for maintenance.

Get in the mountains preferably in a high altitude country n do a few weeks trekking that and a lot of shagging anything that's going to make you sweaty a lot constantly through out the days you could eat 10 mars bars a day n still be ripped to death..

Yeh a lot obviously don't like dogs near the sheep especially in the off season when there tupping or when lambs are about n to be fair unless stock training we don't need to be in fields much at this time of year anyway, out of the way places you want otherwise you can get the old if I let you on everyone expects to come on even with pet dogs etc, lurcher lads have a bad name n mud sticks..

Iv tried most of the others so thinking of giving one of these a whirl as an add on to there usual grub this year has anybody tried them n did you find much difference between the two or they pretty much the same cheers..

What looses my love for the game is all the tools that are involved in it plus the bad press we get that follows on from that but otherwise am that still very keen just mainly do my own thing as always..

A few useful lookin dogs on there n keen with it but how weak are those hares and so strange how they don't use the tracks n cover to there advantage surely they was on virgin ground on that day..

My misses has the 1.4 diesel as you say not much of a looker but apart from dodgy electric windows it's been pretty much bomb proof plus good on fuel drives well n quick enough if needed. Iv had an Astra the last 5 years been a good motor for me..
