    I have a working GWP dog that I am thinking about putting over my working lurcher bitch next year - 3/4 ghound 1/4 collie. Having had a pointer for 12 years and lurchers for 30+ years, it is something that I have always wanted to do and think the attributes from a GWP would be fantastic in a lurcher. My dog has worked everything that we have thrown at him - ratting, beating, hawking, ferreting and coursing and with the right bitch could produce some good working dogs in the right hands.
