  1. He's incredibly bright, but as for ready for action, he's got alot of physical maturing to do before that! sorry mate I only ment "looks" . I should really sort out my wording Lovely pup though. LOL got a habbit of doin that Lee
  2. Thankyou Pointer you just made my morning
  3. lol, oooh I'm ready for a big brekkie tomorrow Mine are muscovey eggs, and are nice, though I could only eat one fried, they are rather rich! I do like a good egg sandwich sometimes (proper fresh bread), with a nice bit of black pepper and salt (easily pleased me:) )
  4. No, mate. Instilled good, basic obediance in the Dog. This is why I so harp on about 'Puppy Classes', even for big, roughty tuffty lurker and terrier keepers. Provides a bit of entertainment as the Dog's growing. Saves this sort of shit when it's grown. Over here it's not a joke. Dog that won't come back won't be needing it's dinner that night. People used to Ferret rabbits. Now they Dig them, to an electronic signal. People used to Train Dogs. Now they just electrocute them. I'm not trying to set the idiots off or argue either case. I'm just pointing out a fact. From a donosaurs poin

  6. My new lab pup picked me But I didn't have the pick of the litter, he was the last of four, and I purely went on temperament. He bounded straight up, very confident and happy, and I was sold. He didn;t have quite the head I would normally choose, but the temperament sold it hand over fist. There was a nice looking bitch that skulked in the corner, and shat herself when the door opened..... not a great first impression for a gun dog! This is him now at nearly 4 months
  7. Ooh I'm drooling at the thought.... I love liver, you dont need to do anything off the wall for the coating, just well seasoned flour.... saying that, if the bacon that you are cooking it with is the very salty type, dont use too much in the coating, just some good fresh milled black pepper. A splash or two of lee n perrins when its cooking is good too (I'm having duck breast tonight)
  8. I know some people that seem to curl up and die at the thought of eating duck eggs But I use mine to make cakes, (Victoria sponges normally) They produce a lovely moist cake with a stunning colour... How do you eat yours?.....
  9. Yeah thats what I was gettin at
  10. I did too ... It gave me a few minutes of wild excitement trying to convince Mum and Dad lol Luckily I've been fortunate enough to point them out to my kids, so at 5 and 6 they knew what one was Really important to teach kids about the countryside
  11. Aw, I just looked them up, gorgeous!
  12. It does look strange, my old bitch used to hold them round the middle! Maybe the dogs developed its own way of stopping them kicking out and scratchin .... Has it killed the rabbit first?
  13. Wow thats incredible! I love moths, and cant understand why people swat them in the house. I go mad, and run round trying to catch them live, to let go. My fav is the hummingbird hawk moth. I have regular visits at the same time of day in the summer, from them feeding off my petunias. They love the trailing one's (surfinias?) and the geraniums. I've never heard of the Deaths Head Hawk Moth ... Was that you holding it?
  14. I've met these dogs, and they are totaly genuine sound animals
  15. Hi Sailor, Enjoy! ... I was fortunate enough to have my horsey hunting days pre ban on Bodmin Moor... oooh, 16 years ago!! (fantastic riding!) ... Its changed alot these days but we all still need to support our local hunts so keep it up TM
  16. 12 bore! either on the dog, or on yourself when the frustration get to you & you become convinced you're shit with dogs! What did people do.before ....... Run round shouting come here ya BAST4RD FECKING DOG p***y that may well be the case mate, The scenario is that I have been letting the dog out of the car to walk the short distance to the house door....the bitch has been fine for doing this for a about 6months, but the last few days whoosh she's gone, I run round are block which only consist of 8 houses and she does a circuit of the block and comes back.....
