i cant beleve theres so many dogs getting stolen off this forum...hope they come for mine.my akita dont bark it bites and holds on...really sorry for you mate.if you find out where they are invest in a gallon of unleaded and a box of matches..hope you get them back......

its not a cost thing at all...thought that there were so many greyhounds around and needing a home. was it worth having one to lamp rather than having a lurcher..people in the past have said they are dumb, brake easily and dont turn quickly enough.and was wondering if it was true....

hi, i will be after another dog soon...has been suggested that i go for an ex racer..i would like a bitch for lamping rabbits in smallish fields..what do you think.??? do they break easily..what are they like to lamp with??? cheers woz

been giving the dog loads of road work and he is looking good..my mate got his new dog (thanks to earth n hounds) last night.the bloody grounds frozen solid..so i guess its the rifles we use tonight...we are saving 300 acres that hasnt been lamped for the dogs so as soon as the ground sorts it self out we are onto the soft rabbits

Some people do illigal activities and a chipped dog could get them caught :whistling: Of course we are all law abiding citizens on this forum i saw this video on a police program on the tv the other day where some fellas were hare coursing and a helicopter were on them and they were in a 4X4 going across the fields and then got stuck in a big puddle and all legged it leaving the dogs in the boot if they didnt get caught and the dogs were chipped they would of still got caught when the dogs got scanned ..... IF YOU REGISTER THE DOGS IN YOUR GRANDMOTHERS NAME ETC ETC SHE WONT

you wont get a cz with a 14 inch barrel the shortest they do is 16 inch..hodnet shooting ground in shropshire do them for about £240ish...they are cz 452...hope that helps

after reading about all the dogs getting stolen im shocked that more of you dont have your dogs chipped...how many of you do??? think that for £15 its a bargain..i know it wont stop the dog going missing but if they end up in the pound you will get em back and even if you sell the dog on its tranferable.... saying that i had a dog escape and the bloody vet hadnt registered the dog with the data base.......

GENERALLY WE STAND IN ONE SPOT AND LET THE DOG DO THE WORK.IF THE GROUND IS UNEVEN AND THERES A CHANCE THAT I WILL LOOSE THE LIGHT ON THE RABBIT I WILL MOVE TO REPOSITION.IM NORMALY LOOKING WERE THE RABBIT IS LIKELY TO GO SO I DONT LAMP THE DOG INTO LOW BRANCHES.FARM IMPLEMENTS ETC ETC.I HAD A RABBIT RUN A GOOD 100 YARDS THEN GO ROUND AND ROUND A TREE 4 TIMES THE OTHER NIGHT.I WAS BUSY LAUGHING AND I THINK BRYN WAS DIZZY AS IT GOT AWAY TO THE HEDGE...

hi...bull collie greyhound up for stud.£50 each covering...dogs very game takes everything you point him at.from rabbits on golf coarse to bigger stuff...very nice looking dog he's in shropshire....im putting this up for a friend..if anyones serious can send pic of the dog to a phone..no messers please it will cost me to send the pics..... cheers woz

i was always training my dogs to jump.....then i had to learn to stitch them up when they ripped them selves on barbed wire.....bryn my new dog wasnt ment to jump.i was in the yard today and he was in the garden he cleared a 6 foot gate with slatted wood on the top to come to me.my heart sank as i watched him..was reading a post on hear about a man loosing his dog when it got its leg cought in a gate.whats the problem with lifting your dog over fences??? -
