I’ve two hiluxs one for hunting and one for general work towing horse box or whatever one is 2003 and has been bomb proof will go anywhere and isn’t too bad to tow I had some work done on the chassis but €1000 spent on a chassis after 20 years of having to do next to nothing on the engine is a good deal in my book. Other one is 2024 plate and it’s a nice motor but you can tell it just hasn’t the same guts as the older one

Debt is the killer no matter what your at these days and they have to be paid wether it’s a gambler or a drug addict and unfortunately debts have to be paid I’ve never had sympathy for people who end up in trouble through running up a slate the dog in the street knows how that story ends play silly games win silly prizes

Terrible to see decent lads bang on the self destruct button with drink and drugs all too just try and escape their own head. Look at someone like Shane McGowan could just never beat his demons such a talent and ended up a wreck at 30

Like anything in life from a bottle of beer to a burger if you can’t take it or leave it then you should really cut them out. I’ve never taken cocaine but have been around it abit through one thing or another and I’ll say this. Over the years I’ve seen people chuck their lives away with drink or gambling or whatever and everyone one of them I just always had a feeling they were running from something and just wanted to hit the off button and I reckon this cocaine is the very same. Take it from a washed up old man who’s been there and done it. If you gonna buy land and you are self employed or earn your living from something unusual make sure you have your ducks in a row tax wise because it’s like a red rag to a bull for those pricks your holding your hand out to be slapped if you have something you don’t want them to see

Heavy hitting tonight lads. I’ll agree with Jukel here I reckon Trump, McGregor and whoever else is probably a tramp who it would be in anyone’s best interest not to associate with them. I was always told and have followed the principle that you can nearly always judge a man by how he treats his wife or partner and kids. If they’ll f**k over the people they love the most what chance has anyone else got with them? I don’t think there’s any defending anyone who travelled to that island especially anyone who went there more than once. I’ve said it before you can murder somebody or rob from somebody and once you’ve done your time you can return to wherever your from and most people will bid you the time of day nobody really gives a shit as long as you haven’t stolen from them or killed one of their family.. but harming a child there is no way back there’s something deep in people’s brains and hearts that knows it’s just unacceptable under any circumstances I just hope anyone who was involved dies roaring

How will it be carried on a phone or a card or what? Some of the best years I had were travelling back and forth on the ferry never any passport just come and go. And when trouble arrived to you just say you were in either of the opposite countries at the time. The world is getting smaller fast

Will be interesting to see how this plays out. I’m irish and live in Ireland but also have a NI number and claim a UK pension and also own property in the UK but my driving licence and whatever else is all Irish. And I’d bet there’s a sizeable number of people in the same boat as me how do you police that?

You’ve hit the nail on the head there. Can never understand people in the later years of their life sitting on money instead of helping the next generation along. Instead leaving it in a will and letting the shower in charge get their cut instead. By the time I’m 67 I reckon my sons will have taken over most of what I have and good luck to them

Depends too on what you’ve been doing if it’s tax avoidance or proceeds of crime. Once they get there claws on you your not getting away your as well to make some sort of settlement and learn from the mistake. Tens of thousands were raised every Saturday night and Sunday afternoon for the Irish cause in pubs across London and the UK throughout the 70s and 80s not counting what was coming from the US in the same way. Cheers Scotty I’ll Do up my check list. I have a good generator may just stock up on plenty of petrol. Can deal with a lockdown id be happy enough with that have everything I need here. Never trusted the bank always keep a supply of money squirreled away here and there. Don’t know about a tsunami but I’ll do my best to plan oh ffs and much much more have you any time scale on all this. I reckon you’re getting all in a flap over nothing pal. God bless
