Did you get second hand from a retailer or private seller if from a shop you could contact the shop if from a private seller it's up to you or take it to a GUNSHOP if you still haven't sorted it out it could be the resiver I think a normal spring air rifle would suitable these PCPs can be good but a bloody nightmare -
