The thermal imaging is a disgrace IMO. No guile, field craft or even a LAMP needed. The poor twats are shot in the dark with no chance. The lads with this gear are obliterating the job. Its not just foxes either, I know a lad that shot 70 odd hares in one night. Sitting ducks. -
nice set up he got there isn't it? Yes mate. No frills, simple and straight to the point. I'd recommend it to anyone to give it a try.

Had a drive over to Dabble Duck in Shildon this morning. Filled my freezer for 20 odd quid. Chicken mince, tripe mince, lamb spines, chicken hearts etc. Great selection and the lad couldn't be more helpful. I'll be going there from now on.

The more ammo the dog has the better. Strong teeth, thick skin, strong muzzle etc etc can only help the dog.

As long as they're honest then it's upto the people around them to decide on whether their standards are as good as their honesty. Like I said if the honesty is there then the other things on the list can be judged from that.

The only thing to make a real proper dog man is HONESTY. If that's there all the rest should fall into place accordingly.

Roe daytime. Couldn't beat it IMO. Seen an awful lot of dogs that were decent on the lamp get straight lined by a daytime Roe once they get their arse down.

Yeah Im the same. I don't mind them for a catch up with mates you otherwise wouldn't see. And don't start me on the show brigade! I find it embarassing beyond belief that grown men take it so seriously and bitch over this dog and that dog and daft ribbons!lol
