    Out of all ones iv tried the meindl dovre gtx or whatever they was called was the comfiest right out the box, but took the least anmount a stick on the spade before giving up the ghost haha lovely boots to wear out on long mooches an stuff tho

    Like I said mate I dont watch much tele or stuff, and never been into shooting in me life, but after my lad put one them on one night I become an addict haha everynight I’d sit an watch a couple, I’d pay to go with them, wouldn’t even want a rifle haha I’d be happy spotting for them haha

    One my lads watches a lot them gritty podcasts where they hunt bears a wolfs a them lads swear by them crispi boots. Might need to see if there’s anywhere that stocks them for a look

    Not everybody stays doing sake thjng all the time they draft dogs, most the lads I know that worked pointer crosses lamped rabbits an hunted the fells an moors up this way, the lads who still do same thing still have the same type but a few are more into ferreting now an run little whippet crosses, they seem to suit the folk that like to hunt for the gear anyways

    What type ye after? Must have missed it. I’d personally go pointer, always fancied a pointer cross saw a shed load 15/20 year ago when they was big up here in north east, never got round to getting one

    Ferrets don’t realy start proper graft till there second season, saw some that didn’t show any interest at al first season turn into crackers, an saw some that started straight out the nest but I don’t hold much hope till there second season to be fair. could be either they ain’t dropping down deep enough, the warren too big an needs more ferrets to get the rabbits to panic, or I know a few spots up dales that look amazing, lamp them at night an they are lifting with bunnies, go back to ferret them an you get hardly anything if anything, an the rabbits are in the surrounding smaller

    If your doing any sort of graft in a decent rain then nowt compares to kaiwaka if you ask me, I always rate my gear by asking myself, would I replace it if it broke today. An my answer to the kaiwaka’s, I already got a second pair jist incase, don’t fancy been stuck without them haha

    As mad as it sounds some decent litters on Facebook but obviously need to weed out the shite an the puppy peddlers but I know 2 young lads local to me who ended up with half decent terriers from groups on there
