Already having an effect tho, I know 2 estates local who are selling up an calling it quits, none are proper farmers so to speak but they have 13 tenent farms between them an all have been told they being sold, that’s 13 familes of varying size being made to walk away from there lifes work if they can’t come up with the cash to buy them
