Id treat them the same as any person with mental health issues, I wouldnt be going along with their nonsense but I'd hope they'd get the help they needed and I dont mean getting their knob lopped off, but now were ordered by the powers that be to treat them as normal when we know it aint, not treating thier mental health problems is why their suicide rates barely change with or without transitioning
