  1. I've shot with Matt Alwright of 'Rogue Traders' fame...... and a damn fine fellow he is
  2. Matt, I blame the modeeeeeerators  Me too Those mooodereateors just sit around doing feck all while all the sensible forum members (like terrierman)post lovely posts about how they don't give a shit about the law, and then slate someone for telling us all about the antis latest funding plans..... Some mothers do 'av 'em
  3. Yet another classic 'terrierman' post! How long do we have to wait for this brainless dick to be ejected from the site?
  4. OK, Get a professional in. (I would say that, wouldn't I, lol). You may have an underlying drainage problem, or something else that only the trained professional eye will see. First port of call should be the council. They offer free or subsidised treatments for residential properties (although they are not legally obliged to do so). Still want to go it alone? Fine. Before you go any further, find out how they got into your garage so that you can stop the problem re-occuring. Any blocks you use should be fixed down, as rats will carry them off for later consumption. If you've

    Poles

I can't comment on masterhunter as I've not used his gear, but for quality, I would use the netloft. I'm sure you could find poles for less than £4 if you looked around, but they may not be any good. You can always be sure that if molecatcher sells stuff, he's used it himself, and it's as good as you can get.
  6. There are certainly far better suppliers of useful traps than Trap Man, Stubby. What exactly do you intend to use the trap for - is it for around the garden or shed, aviary or loft? OTC I'll just echo the words of OTC. Avoid the 'crapman' if you can. What sort of trap are you after? Cage, or spring? If it's spring traps you are after, try JohnB Link.
  7. How are you going to kill any you catch?
  8. Towbar shouldn't cost more than £200 fitted, unless you go for a posh retractable. DIY kits are available on fleabay for around £100. Last quote I had for tinting was £150 per window.
  9. You have one hand spare to hand them the bill??? I thought you was the real deal mole trapper I have to wait till ive pushed the wheelbarrow full of moles home, then send an invoice All my moles go straight into the trailer with the quad bike mate. I haven't found a wheelbarrow big enough yet
  10. Price? Location? READ THE RULES!
  11. I can only echo what Chalky has said; contacts work both ways, and farmers always seem to expect that little bit more from you if they are paying out each month/quarter. I only charge per mole caught, which suits me nicely, as I can then work the mole trapping into my schedule, rather than being told when/where/how by them. It also means that they cannot argue about the cost; "Here are x number of moles, and in this hand is the bill". Amazingly, the only late payer I've had this year is a multi-millionaire racing yard owner, who coughed in the end after I told him that I wouldn't be back
  12. I've been home alone all weekend. Absolute heaven; the dogs and I have been lounging around enjoying ourselves smoking and drinking..... as for washing........ I've decided that 'grey' is the new 'white'.

If you are going to vote Liberal, then you may as well vote labour - the Liberals have got NO chance of getting into power, and if anything, a vote for them will help keep the current shower of shite in power. I also think you are wrong about public opinion. The vast majority of the general public don't give a damn about hunting - it's the economy that most people worry about. The conservatives have pledged to 'look again' at the hunting act, not because they think that hunting is ok, but because it's crap legislation. No other party have promised to do that. The BNP are supporte

I do mass unemployment ,strikes ,three day week, country on its arse nowt much changes You need to catch up on your history.... the three day week was during the time of Callahan (Labour), and we already had mass unemployment (and inflation) in 1979...... we also had: Constant strike action Rubbish mountains Power cuts Fuel shortages crazy inflation. You can blame Thatcher for many things, but it was worse under labour in the 70's..........

Who took us into the EU in the first place? We could go on.... that isnt possible mate like ive said before can anyone ever remember a decent labour government im finding some of the replies quite eye opening especially from a bunch of hunting people, how many of you people voted these b*****ds in,i cant get my head around this the one thing that everybody knew labour would do if they gained power was BAN HUNTING,yet you still voted for em...why...how many people went to the countryside march and voted labour I tell you what, I'll change all of my political views and feelings

Yes, but at least the low paid working man can afford to pay his bills and have a half decent standard if living since the introduction of the minimum wage & the tax credit system. Credit where credit's due, they did do some things right... Malts, I hate to break it to you, but the tax credit system is just another name for 'Family Credit' which was 'rebranded' by new labour! It's those same low paid working men that now own their own homes thanks to the tories. As I said in the original post, not everything done by the tories was good (by a long way), but at least they had

They've made it quite clear that they would have scrapped the fuel 'escalator' as they didn't predict that oil prices would treble. And it was WILSON that brought in VAT to replace Purchase Tax (for the younger reader, Wilson was another Fake socialist...).

I hope so That may stop all the small houses full of adults paying the same as me, but costing the council more

The tories often get the blame for the destruction of british industry in the 1980's, but actually, it was the Labour governments of the 1970's that killed british industry. Anyone remember the 70's on here? Strikes, walkouts, strikes, inflation, strikes, walkouts, strikes, power cuts, fuel shortages, strikes.......................................... And then along came a strong, no, ruthless, woman who set out to change the way we do things. She admitted that it was going to be an expensive prescription, and even she had no idea just how expensive it was going to be......... Let
  21. Sorted now lads (I hope!). Many thanks for all the replies.
  22. Yep, see what you mean about the bad parking; just look at that white one
  23. Just had a web enquiry for moles on a farm near Dursley in Gloucestershire. If anyone works that area, please PM me.
  24. Prices? Location? Maybe even some pictures if you expect to sell any........ Read the rules......
