I try to keep to the Doxhope blood, but obviously it's getting more diluted. My old bitch, Lima was sired by Doxhope Knights Errant, out of a sister to Westmead Hawk. My new pup has Doxhope Knights Errant as grandsire, and her dam is an Irish coursing bitch sired by the Irish coursing champion Mafi Magic. Just what I have now, doesn't make them any better than any other bred or type ? Cheers. -

Forgot to mention; there was a 1/4 grown baby rabbit bolted today ! Davey picked it up and put it back in the sett. How the hell are there baby rabbits this time of year ? Cheers. -
Hmmm...you go through up and down extremes and have done on these forums for years. One thing is sure; there's no one on here with the professional qualifications to help you ! You need serious help mate, you're obviously crying out for help. If your GP or the NHS won't or can't help, then 'phone the Samaritans, but for fucks sake stop asking on here.......there's no one on here can help you. Get professional help. Cheers.

Weather was perfect, cool, but not cold, light breeze, no midges, no heavy rain. All part of the learning process for a working dog, even though it won't be her game ? Cheers. -
Had an invite up to the Scottish hills from Northernlite to bolt a few rabbits with the ferrets to his young ACD cross. Couple of hours travel and we met up around 7 am and were on the hills by 7:30. I took my 5 1/2 month old deer/grey along just for the education and experience, those hill are no place to be running a leggy, heavy young pup, but she had a good walk, seen some sheep, no drama, and got a bit fur in her mouth. The ACD x is a joy to watch, only young herself, but very sharp around the holes, marks well, catches more than she misses, and retrieves well. A

Yeah, from Seaton Burn up to Stannington there's plenty roe still, but not so many hares. Used to like Arcot Hall for the roe. Cheers.

The grounds just about perfect up here just now. New growth just coming through and top couple of inches soft, but not sloppy ! Expecting frost though, so it may change. Cheers.

The first time I went to America I looked at their "corned beef" and was amazed ! Couldnt be more different to our tinned bully beef ! ? Of course it's beef fed on corn , not the mush the Argies sell us ! Cheers.

Policing and politics have changed dramatically in the last few years. I Well remember the miners strike, baton charges by the police, mounted police charges, people arrested and in court the next day. I was on the countryside march to parliament.....same again, heads busted, people arrested. Now we have people tearing down statues, damaging buildings and the police stand by and watch. People gluing themselves to the M25 and the police ask if they are comfortable and do they need anything, people arrested 13 times and never charged , released immediately to do the same agai

LDR lived in West Allotment and we used to walk over the field where that big new pub is and through the underpass and lamp all the way up to Killingworth and the REME fields with Bruce the rescue dog Cheers.

Yeah, usually see him at Charltons fur &feather sale, also had a craic with him at the Horsely show, I think he had a Hancock dog with him. Hes more a pal of my brother, they go back years, used to do a lot with the terriers. Cheers.

I've got a pal lives right next to Rake Lane hospital, good Terrier and lurcher lad. I've ran plenty hares around New York, many years ago, mind you ! Cheers.
-
if you mean the new Cramlington hospital, my mate had the permission on the land it was built on, and me and LDR caught a lot of rabbits on there and the odd fox. My old bitch Delta had her first rabbit on there 15 years ago. It seem s like every time I have a run over there more fields are being built on. I was at the cage bird sale at Seghill a few weeks ago, even that was nothing like it used to be. Cheers.
