Good luck to you rake, what's the new job mate? Iv been pretty down with work latly totally pissed of with it but just got to plod on. Would love to find a job that I could start early and finish early and take turns Doing the school run ect feel like I've missed my kids growing up with being at work all the time the last few year so just started knocking the OT back

Good luck mate hardest thing I've ever done! I started of by telling them that I heard an old wives tale that a grooms speech should last around the amount of time that he averages "in bed", then told them that they'd better go to the bar for another drink lol, that got a few laughing and settled my nerves a bit, until her bridesmaid said I take it that's you done lol

I watched the game on a ferry full of islanders from the Hebrides and they were all cheering the Welsh on, everyone seems to like them, don't think it would have been the same if it was England playing? And before anyone says anything I like to see England doing well also

I'll be surprised if there is an eu by the time wee Kranky and her pals get one organised. Also, over a million Scots voted to leave, I'm pretty sure a percentage of those voting remain did so as Great Britain, I doubt they relish the thought of being in the eu as a single country. Then there's the folk who want to stay in the union. Folk who don't like the snp, folk who don't want any more disruption. Sturgeon won't be in a hurry to call for a referendum any time soon. So we can all just be happy like me at the way things are and not be worried about what's to come?

The EU is in for a very bumpy ride perhaps even terminal I personally can't see anyone with half a brain backing the snp in a referendum that's ultimately means joining a failing EU partnership over a strong UK partnership .Scotland will have stronger powers and a stronger economy with the UK its a no brainer. Your right what your saying but I think maybe you don't understand the way some people are up here mate

Ok, cheers lads. Why was snp in favour of Gb staying in eu then surly it would have suited them now out with the chance of a second ref and if through then go back into the eu as an independent Scotland? Something not right there or am I missing something?

LOADS of English people voted to stay aswell lab, and over a million scots voted to leave eu so why talk like that when you got the result you were after mate?

Yes mate so I'm told lol, just fancied a city break in October already done NYC, Belfast and been to Zante for 2 weeks with kids so wanted to try somewhere different without kids and that just seemed to be a good option? How's the food there and is there anything you'd recommend is a must do other than you know what lol

Alright lads, just wondered if anyone been here this year, booked up for a long weekend with the wife in October just for a quiet break, what's the place like food drink ect, was cheap enough for flights and got a nice hotel at a good price. Any info be appreciated, cheers??
