I hear what you're saying, he's in his 40's now but still has the heart and desire to fight, I still think he's more than a match for most in the 185lb division. He is also quite small for a 205lb'er and imo suits 185lb more.............

But GSP and Silva fight in different weight divisions, so he isn't contractually obliged to fight him. I didn't mention the 175lb weight division for Henderson, he couldn't cut that much weight, he has fought at 205 and 185 and a decent wrestler? He represented the U.S.A in the Olympics. The fact is in 39 MMA fights nobody has been able to KO Hendo, he probably has the best chin in the sport and very heavy hands........

I don't think that fight will ever happen, St Pierre has already said he doesn't want it. Also Dana White said after Silva's loss the superfight with Jones will never happen.......

Silva acted the fool and got caught. Weidman looked poor imo, weak hands and think there are many better fighters in the division. Henderson should drop down and clear out the division, I know he lost to Silva but I think with his great wrestling, solid chin and heavy hands he could win the title and hang onto it.........

Paul, nobody else has reached this diagnosis, but it's because you're an old git I can totally sympathise though, I damaged mine about 15 years ago training manwork dogs, occasionally goes, went yesterday when I was hovering the car, i'm also now walking like a gay John Wayne and taking Naproxin...........
