Paul, sounds like hes settled in well. Chaz, my old man is thinking of getting a dog soon and I'm pushing him down the retired greyhound route -
IMO the best diet for dogs is raw meat, fish, fruit and veg. Take a look in the health section, lots of previous information.

Poor poor fella, it astounds me how anyone can let a dog get in that condition, total scumbag. That guy should NEVER own another animal again. Good on you for getting him back and I look forward to hearing about his progress and seeing a full recovery As numerous others have said with the reprecussions on the animal welfare act the dog is now under your care so i would see a vet and explain the situation.

Don't tell me you have traded the 4x4 Panda for a mincer mobile I've only been in the older model and it had a rough ride and unlike a lot of Hondas the interior was cheap and tacky.........JMO though, what do I know, I drive a Navara

Roughly 3% of the dogs body weight but this can vary with each individual. Feed 60-75% chicken carcarse/chicken wings etc and the remainder offal, mince, fish, fruit and veg.

They are great for nipping to the wine bar or to get your hair done but don't bother if you want to go off road, they would struggle ona football pitch
