I like there attitude, they are not as "easy" to train as collies and have a stubborn streak. We trained a couple for manwork and they were average but their nosework was very good. A fella I know had a cattle dog lurcher and swears it was the best dog he has ever owned.
I found that the Navara had more grunt than the L200 and better MPG, my Navara does around 28mpg, reliabilty, had mine for 36 months and its has been regularly serviced and never had anything go wrong until last month when I had the fuel pump replaced. MPG on a Disco will vary depending on model but the thing I like about the trucks is the dogs/hair and shite are sepeate from the cab.
Saying that I do around 500 miles a week and mines up for sale so I can get something more economical.......
My Navara had BF Goodrich all terrains and when I needed to change I banged on a set of grabbers, the set I have now have done well over 30,000 and are still fine.........
That statement good sir is.........rubbish. Getting a good dog, any type of working dog is decreased if you buy from non tested parents, went to is kennels back in 1991 with my dad but not been since so can't comment on the standard of care....................
Okay non tested? so the collie don't work sheep and the greyhound ain't what? run a hare? legaly speaking it won't be alone, most collies wouldn't know a sheep from an ironing board if it bit them in the arse. Does a puppy know that? when a hman baby is born does it know it's going to be an athleite or a housebreaker? it doesn't kn
