Was given a few of these by the woman I’m working for at the minute, apparently a family member owns the micro brewery, it’s very nice, only 3.7, perfect for a school night

I’ve just mentioned it to my mate he said the drive shafts are different, the selector is different and depending on what vehicle it has come from depends what bell housing is fitted, so in short as Chid said it won’t fit ?

I thought the starter motor was on the back of the f17 bell housing and on the front of the f23 or the other way round i had a young lad who was swapping a box in a fiat van ( same box ) at my last mechanic job and came and said to me there was no hole for the starter, fiat had sent the wrong box and he had managed to fit it without noticing, thick as a whale omelet, no wonder I got out of it

That’s right, the f23 was fitted in the old vectra’s and Astra’s, f17 was fitted in the corsa’s zafira’s, I think the bell housing is different, I seem to remember it’s where the starter motor mounts

The extra’s have started, 100m of wire fencing because they want to put sheep in ( they’ll regret that) and they’ve asked us to level and stone the yard, will keep us going for now as we can’t get the sand for the arena from the normal supplier and if it comes from Bathgate it’s another 11 quid a tonne and there’s no way we can take that hit

The owner has just turned up and she’s over the moon, which is just as well because we were meant to be finished today but are about 2 weeks behind

Topping stone on and levelled, just sand and all weather surface to go on, whenever the supplier can get the sand to us, apparently there’s a problem with it and that’s the arena finished

Missus said to me, how was your kebab last night, I said it was ok, truth be told, I don’t remember getting it, eating it or taking a picture of it, I’m guessing it wasn’t good because it looks like sh*te, that’s what 9 pints and a JD does to me nowadays

Ya standard chicken dinner, good enough to soak up all the beer I’m going to have when I go down the village later also took some venison out the freezer for a curry tomorrow and some sausage rolls for work during the week

It’s a sad case though isn’t it, if I found myself in a situation where I needed someone’s help I’d like to think it was offered and that why I’d help someone now, and it makes up for all the horrendous things I did when I was younger ( lol )

You quite often get people offering you money, I think in some cases it’s a defence mechanism, as in, if I give him a few quid he won’t mug me, a few months ago I seen a bloke walking along with a petrol can ( I’d passed the car half a mile down the road) I took him to the petrol station and he kept trying to give me 20 quid, I told him no and pass it on, he bought a homeless lad something to eat that was sat outside Maccy’s ( that might of been a punishment giving him that sh*te though)

The hair extensions and sun bed tan told me they didn’t have a clue, it doesn’t matter to me who it is I’ll always ask if they need a hand, if they don’t that’s fine, if they do, that’s also fine

Made a couple of cottage pies for me and her and one for my my old mam, now starting to think it’s a bit warm for cottage pie

If they don’t want the help then that’s fine but at least you took the time to ask unlike the 40 or so other tw*t that just drove past the lasses with the flat tyre

Today I thought sod it, I’m having a 4 day weekend, now a 70 year old woman wanted her patio cleaning, was quoted £60, doesn’t have £60 but has a son and a neighbour capable of doing it for her, neither volunteered, so this morning I put the jet wash in the van, bought a gallon of the cheapest patio cleaner I could find and turned up and within an hour had it looking like new home, had a shower and popped to the shop, on the way I seen 2 young lasses on the other side of the road with a flat tyre, one had the spare out, the other was holding the jack looking very confused, now a good 40 c
