Out of curiosity I had a look on a Facebook UK Prepping group, Jesus full of nutters lol .

Yeah i agree, imagine a massive civil unrest in this country. Take next door to me , a lovely couple a bit younger than me. Both white collar workers , both fatties. He's a nice fella not my cup of tea and I'm sure I'm not his lol. But if the sh1t hit the fan and a couple of the street wise dealers decided to tax his house for his food or whatever , they would be helpless. Nice couple but clueless.

Now are all these just glorified Rambo types or is there something in this ? Tbh if somebody told me about a virus that will shut the world down and house bound us all 6 years ago, I'd of thought you was off your nutt. But it happened .....

I've got a mate, ex service and a bit of a lad, he's done a few tours of northern Ireland back in the day and been in and out of prison a good few times, even did a spell in the glass house and escaped and got nicked trying to board a flight to Thailand lol. Can look after himself and done ok for himself and I class as a switched on geezer , got a little small holding now. Now for a good few years he's been into this prepping thing. Stores tinned food in his garage and built a bug out camper van type thing. Also got quite a few compound bows and crossbows for target shooting, but if the shit

Personally I think one man's allrounder is different to another man's allrounder. Also as time goes by you maybe go for different methods and different species. It's no one trick pony

Joe now am talking a few years ago on another forum. I put a post on about some fallow I'd run and you pm,d me asking for the place and I told you. It was called Durrisdeer or near there, we had got lost one night and went over a mountain road and ended up near there and I ran I nice fallow buck. But I'd seen and been lots of times ( as add most of Carlisle Workington and Whitehaven lol ) to fallow at st Anne's and Johnstone bridge. But didn't know the fallow had spread that far. Just out of interest did you ever check out the Durisdeer area and see the fallow ? We went back and never saw them

I've cheap corded Titan one, it's only for down the garden for cutting up logs for log burner tbh. It's been great for the money.

Very nice sett and a bargain price, did you make the knife as well ? I like them gypsy cattys, but I can't hit a barn door with tube tbh, am just no good with them. So I stick to flatband and normal frames. But that does look a very nice frame and a bargain for some one. ATB

Hunting without permission? What are the laws?
Leo Sayer replied to AndyAirgun.177's topic in Catapult & Slingshot Hunting
Totally agree and I do the same, I've had some good success driving and shooting out of passenger window. Especially near all the country estates when the pheasants have been released lol. Quick drive round lanes at first light . -
Yeah seen that pal. I must admit I fancy trying it. Apparently it promotes cellular autophagy , which repairs damaged cells.
