    Could someone explain why all the news woman on Itv and Bbc are getting so excited all of a sudden .Apparently something called a hairdresser,s reopens on the 4th of July ,is it something to do with the Merican holiday ?? I just cant see what all the excitement is about

    Was told contractors doing it end off,never asked to do it.And luckily my landowner doesn't like strangers. I would imagine it's been a nightmare for the pot shooter being treated like that.But a lot of managed places view us as easily replaceable. Sad fact of modern farming life.

    Yep already posted on another issue about lambs being ripped to pieces on 1 of my perms by these wild stripey dogs ,they are omnivores and will eat anything . The badger cull here brought 6 weeks of relief before fresh stock moved in ,along with anti,s ,protesters and rent a knob. The culler,s kept their i,d hidden ,we were not allowed on the land and they removed all remains.The rise in rabbit and bird population was amazing to see but lockdown screwed this ,visiting "camper,s" ate well i guess .     Got a Redfield accuranger 3-9x42 sat doing nowt ,its the a7 reticle so fat arms and a thin middle .The ranger bit is a fine second reticle so you can set 100yds and then go upto 800 using the 2nd reticle .Never done that though it,s come off my .22 cz as no parralax so no use for my pard .     Sorry to hear Natalie,s lost her hair Jimmy but she was right to send you to Si,s to unwind a while.Your her rock in this battle Jimmy and like any father are doing your best for her but you need a bit of Jimmy time to keep a bit of sanity .Great shooting as always and some for the pot.     Out from 9.30 it started peeing down at 11 then just kept stop starting till the mist rolled in at 1 am.No foxes ,just bunnies and to cap it all driving home what do i see. Well entering this village big posh house open lawns with flower beds and proper chewing on the flowers a cracking munty buck ,didn,t even flinch at my headlights just carried on chomping away . Still that,s me for a fortnight ,birds being delivered so they get 2 weeks in the pens to settle in whilst i drive the mrs mad till i can get back out.

    Whilst you,ve got your blackhat on m,lord could you deal with the total incompetance of BBC weather .Forecast all day about 30 mins of showers at 9p,m so told the landowner be up at 10pm so set off dry . By eck after 5 miles Thor and Zeus ad a barney sheet lightning and torrential rain so muggins carried on thinking this will stop soon ,oh no not a chance . Flooded roads turned me back ,messaged the landowner and his straight to the point reply "its shit here ",checked the liars website and now 30 minutes is going to last till 2am ,aargh about covers it .

    As you know Phil some think fast buck over customer service these days ,which to me is dumbbb .If he,d spent 15 minutes explaining ins/outs and what to do then he would.ve gone back and probably told friends about the shop .But now he knows the shop owner is a money grabber . In these crazy times repeat custom should be the priority over a quick quid but there,s no cure for greed other than bankruptcy which is a lesson for most .

    That was me last night. Rain at 11, mist at 12 and arf 12 fog thicker than J. Corbyn esq . Trouble was at 12 .30 i was about 2 miles from the car down hill at the bottom ??. Still i saw 3 rabbits in 4 hours so not a total waste. ?
