They just make up new variants to scare certain groups into taking up the vaccine the latest variant apparently targets the younger ones, coincidentally the same weeks as they roll out the jab for the next age group down the list, it’s as predictable as a slice of battle berg cake ?

Same as that mate, but would just add it must be real honey from a proper bee keeper not that Rowse shit you get in supermarkets as it’s mostly made from sugar and not by bees,I do a big jar a week, there are also many hedgerow things that will do you much more good than vitamins, have a look at the health benefits in rose hips as just one example, I make jam and syrup from them drink the syrup same as squash just mix with water, nature knows best we are just loosing touch with it and expecting instant results in a packet for everything ??p,s shingles are just what you get when you have been i
