I thought I was pretty brave and adventurous when I drove to Norfolk in a 1980s Leyland Sherpa van lost contact for several days but all crew made it safely back though we were out of contact for long periods couldn’t even hear the radio over the engine let alone make a phone call pissing in plastic bottles etc it was hell, wouldn’t be surprised if they make a film about it one day with rab c Nesbit playing me

Here we go mate sorry for the delay, if your using it on the pouch end, just go up through the pliers then pouch before going back through the pliers and make sure your tag ends come out on the right side of the pliers to keep them all in line, then give it a few tugs to allow it to bite in without going full stretch and your off natty forks just drill a 4mm drill through and loop away cheers

I just tell the vet to come to the house and do it charge you a load more Ford the pleasure, but less stressful for dog and family if it’s a family dog ?

I just flit from one to the other but the tubes do have a bit of an edge I think, easier to tie, last longer and I find aiming along the tubes is much quicker,

Just tubed up another old fav 18” tube with 6” loop, another thing I have started using lately on the flats is small cable ties instead of wrap and tuck don’t seem to have any negative effects on the bands and you can use the locking bit as a sight

I think it would probably be more interesting and productive to just put a poll up, A people that have seen one as most have been ignored or called liars, B anyone that knows someone that has seen one, then CD and E for don’t believe, believe but never seen etc it would save the constant shite and folk could just respond without engaging or being ignored ?

Having a little go back on the tubes just got 10 meters from China for a couple of quid usually go for the 1745 but thought I’d try 20/50 being on the boat don’t have quite the same space as in my workshop back home so cutting flats is a bit of a pain we’re as all I need is some long nose pliers to do the tubes will mess about with lengths and loop sizes for a few days then give them a go just got an old buffalo horn frame out for a go

Hybridisation is the biggest threat to the wildcats but it’s also how most cat species keep on transforming and adapting, I have a great book in storage about hunting them in not so distant times gone from pest to endangered during my lifetime, been up before but a few we caught on cams in Scotland a couple of years back ?
