    Yeah I'll have a butchers for an i/r tonight.. the one on it is bright as f, anything above level 1is too much for hunting shots! That's why I was wondering if they had altered the output cost the battery's were good ones and didn't last long at all..Mine on 1 lit my mates up on 3!! Yeah I was thinking about those mounts but it only needed a few klicks to get on the money... might get them regardless cos I can see it getting swapped about a bit!!! Cheers lads Atb si

    cheers jimmy ill put a t20 on just for the battery life... but it shines way further than i can shoot and for what it cost I'm well happy need to get some bigger mounts cos i cant move the scope far enough back to get proper eye relief, thats why I've taken the rubber thing off atb si

    Si and I were chatting via PM yesterday but he was working in York today otherwise we would have met up for a coffee. The deal I got was spot on, they know how to look after a customer. I can quite understand that these don't appeal to everyone and I don't like bullpups normally but these are just different to hold and shoot for me at any rate. I had a look at the new AA bullpup in the shop (can't remember it's name) really awful thing, feels sh1t in the shoulder with lousy balance.     IMG_0089.JPGIMG_0514.JPG Casting weight is important, the 2 pictures are lures that I use . The little crazy fish white bait weighs about a gram all in with the fly tying bead as the weight. I use that with 8lb pe braid on a 0.5-7g xtra fast action 7ft rod and I can feel every bit of weed or rock . The other pic is a magnum dawg weighing 8-9oz and is used on a 300gram rated rod with 48kg braid and I can feel everything. Both are extremes and the big one is not what wilfs looking at but I'm just trying to show a 1 rod cant do everything well . If I tried throwing a mag dawg on the ultralight

    if it for the grandson to use... carbine or full size will make no difference cos it'll have to be off the bipod! so full size is better for the shot count and if its off matt it won't of been fecked about with atb si

    9' rod with a good tip, casting weights all good but if you cant feel whats happening under the water its no good! you have to work lures in different ways to provoke attack and some need flicking and dragging others sink and draw. id go with 20lbd braid for most situations unless its snaggy and your after known monsters atb si

    well my work mate needed today off so i thought... me too, I'm off shooting so i went to the mecca/dairy farm, i did the walk the farm be seen shooting a few ferrels thing and aimed for the woods! last time i went to the woods i had a good day on the squirrels so id got squirrel bashing in my mind and that was my focus... still cant get on the woodys even though the trees are nearly bear my sight is sh!t and theres is just scary the weather was perfect, no wind at all but when the low sun broke through it was hard work!! managed 9 free roving some off the knee some freestanding and a c
