    I like my beef lol ...wish I had the same confidence with fish/seafood like GL he's the master i remember the last picture of rib of beef you put up.just right. i got 4.5 kg of 35 day matured rib of beef....dog ate it just before we were going lamping last season.well what was left wasn't worth anything. £22/kg

    green lurchers i could of done with you yesterday. asked the butcher to leave a load of belly pork on the ribs for me,f***ing hell they were meaty. marranated in spicey bbq sauce over the weekend. cooked for 2 hours at 120.then the last half hour at 250. tasted like shit and nearly pulled my teeth out. what did i do wrong.?

    1st job when i was 13/14 was in a fruit and veg merchant.got sacked for supplying half the street with fruit. 1st proper job was £160 a week in a boning plant doing pork legs.'96'.got sacked for having every friday off.

    green lurchers should bbq a few of these.good for him and the enviroment,he'll clear a river of them in weeks.

    upto a dead weight of 60 kg......slaughter cost = £20,boned and rolled and vac packed = £26 and 50p for each joint cut,sausages cost £2.20 for each kg made. dead weight of 80kg..slaughter cost =£23,boned,rolled and vac packed = £31 and 65p for each joint cut and again £2.20 per kg of sausages made.
