    Anyone use it on their Pcp's? Got a tin of the spray yesterday and never used it before. Probs a daft question to ask but is it any good and is there any area's of the rifle i should avoid using it? Don't want anything harming my beloved 100 so thought i'd ask first Cheers.

    Likewise matt..not tried the 4.52 so i haven't wrote them off yet.

    funny things guns.. best pellet ive found for mine is the rws superfields 4.51 up to 33-34 yards. AA diabolo field 4.51 next ( slightly better than the 4.52 )..followed by the AA express. Worst was the jsb exact 4.53 and the H&N FTT. Will try washing the jsb and H&N and see what happens.

    Food for thought... can't quite get out yet because of the op so i'm passing the time pellet testing and sticking them through the chrono..blah blah.. Noticed a few different pellets leave an oily lube on my fingertips and others dont. Noticed cleaning barrel tightened groups. Shall investigate this. Got the time at the moment.

    It all depends on what sort of a couple you are i suppose.. If you like to hang about the pool then go all inclusive and get yr money's worth..if not like me and our lass then you're wasting your money all inclusive (we prefer the beach, eat out and see a bit of the island ). Thing with all inclusive is you feel tied and you're looking at the clock all the time i.e breakfast time and dinner time blah blah. Only been the once (paphos for 3 wks..last week in July- first two in August, 5yrs ago now. Been to Turkey,Greece,Canaries,Spain and Tunisia and feck me Cyprus was the hottest! (5

    BSA again...google bsa rifle backpack-43 inch Interal measurement 43inch × 12 inch Fits my hw100 with 4-16×50 hawke airmax and medium mounts with 2 inches spare..will take the 56 scope easily (mine also has the harris pod on)

    Imagine the scenario if the husband was out and the Mrs was home alone and genuinely didn't know where the gun cabinet keys were..unbearable to think about.

    Appreciate that James..loud and clear to me. Think i'll let everything acclimatize outside next time and even fill her up outside and see if there's a difference.

    Probs explains why mine is shooting like that then for this time of year... This house is a proper oven since i got the combi boiler in and 4 extra radiators. Fill mine inside and then go out to use the chrono so i guess i'm shooting in summer temps really? Hopefully i won't see an increase in power over the hotter months.

    Home comforts here too.. Garden is only 28 yards so I open the french doors and shoot from inside the house to get me another 6-7 yards.. even get to go prone on the couch if i slide it out a touch..?

    Rudolf, Don't forget the gundog/cage accompanies a good percentage of shooting folk on their outings..just a thought to bear in mind if you haven't already. Atb.

    New chrono came today so I'm loving all this pellet weight/size/fps/ftlb crack.. I've lots to learn..☺

    What size Airarms mark? Reason i ask is i did the 4.51 and the 4.52 through the hw100 today.. 4.51 average 11.45ft/lbs 4.52 average 11.65ft/lbs Didn't expect quite the difference between the two.. Atb steg

    Owned a webley hawk springer 30 years ago... came with 2 interchangeable barrels. Matter of seconds to change from .177 to .22 (had to rezero of course) Wish i still had her..

    My worry at the minute matt..hence the pellet testing and the chrono post. (Aswell as the right pellet for her) Certainly don't want that combo getting sent away to be tested! Out of my league all this but ive got the bis mags at 10.65 grains. ...going to have some scales along with the chrono to check myself Do suffer a touch of ocd i do...atb
