Yes there is a union rep but there apart of the future here be better asking the boss ha. I have just got of the phone from the northern Ireland mills lad that come's when the machine first come's and got me over to England on the course. But he's very rarely home he's been really helpful and he said he would/might be able to get me them certs when he's back in Ireland but theirs still a few I'll need to get.

I've had two interviews in the last couple of months. I know one company rang for references and to see about my certs and got called back for a second interview and shown around the factory never heard anything from them after that but the following Monday got called into the office in and asked what another company wanted to see my certs for. How would I go about getting copies of them.

I'm looking into changing jobs in the next 12to18 mouths.at the minute I'm in the same job 15"year's running a cnc lathes.I've done 4. 6 weeks course on programing in mills cnc machinery in england and got certs for it and done my forklift ticket and manual handling course but I never got the certs personal as they where sent to work and they are refusing to hand them over because they paid for all them courses I have 2or3" hand written book witch a are mine but without the certs cant move on to another cnc job that would pay more so I was think of doing a 12 mouth 2 night aweek wielding cours

So went out last night as my bitch is out of action I said id try my grandad bitch now we no Notting of the way she breed and she sometimes has a mind of her own so I tried to get the grandad to come not a hope he's 69 but but does 14 miles a day with his dogs anyhow loaded up the mutt not full of hope of we went 20 min in the car got to the farm first field nothing on to the next few sitting out two right out pick one out and walk her in 20 yards away bingo she's seen it off they go few bend's and twist by feck she's got it THEN it goes wrong she does a few victory laps go near her she gone

Even tho I'm in Ireland I think the irish lads on here should keep an eye on this myself included as it is its creeping in over here slowly but surely we could end up with a ban just like the England I don't think there is a lurcher club of this kind over here only the racing one's just to see how thing going and how it gets on

While out ferreting yesterday the dog took a knock had a look at her she look ok so we continued on ferreting of about an hour then pack up and went home she stayed hunting away on the way back to the car jump in no bother and back out when we got home had a quick look over her and feed her all look ok till went out at around 6 to walk the other mutt's and she's slightly dragging her back leg as if it dead u can move a joins no problem but she wont let extend it out I put her in the meg box straight way and again this morning before work it look lake it a musical is there and else I can do ve

I no ya I seen her running at full tilt along sheep fencing and still pull the rabbit true it and the next run would be half hearted or not run at all it was a killer knowing she could do it or if I only had her out knowing the one at home would give me everything she had 100% everytime I asked her but there was just something about her i like I think if she hadn't died she still be with me now

I no this ain't a lurcher but dread the day I have to get my cocker bitch pts she she guards my daughter with her life if some she didn't no come into the yard and my daughter there te cocker sits in front her or follows her around till that person gone she started life a gun dog but I very rarely get shooting now so she bushs to the lurcher she was the first dog I bought when I moved in with the now wife I'm sitting here now with her beside me and my daughter is using her as a pillow the cockers just gone 10 my daughter 8 I think I'll take it hardest when/if that day comes all the best bob

Mine has to be a second cross colliehound nightmare she was going well till about 2 years old went out one day ferreting she just stood there watching the rabbits run across the field so just walked her for a bit as she'd had a few hard nights up to the days ferreting had hwr checked by vet Notting wrong so went lamping that night got 8 in 3 fields call in a night went home give her a few night of went back out she done the same stood looking at the rabbits run out of the beam when she wanted to run she feck me she was deadly she wound me up no end tat dog did she killed herself by jump down

Had that with a so called friend went out on farm after I asked him not to go back without me as I was the only one aloud on it he back one day ferreting. Block a gate with his car I got a call the next day sayin I wasn't aloud on anymore even tho he new It wasn't me but he new it was mybso call mate car now so now I just go it alone
