    Thanks but I've read all of it I'm guessing not everyone likes them lurchers ha most of the picture don't come up or have been removed.

    Now this isn't a my dogs better than yours type thing just I've never seen and probably never will see a lurcher taken deer as it cant be done over here but it would be interesting to hear people story's and or picture of lurchers taken deer let have a topic that don't end in arguments haha

    I like a lurcher to (hjkcc ) would you really want one that can't jump ? Chases a rabbit and it runs under a fence ,dog can't jump it prob try to run through it and get cut up bad so defo need to be able to jump. in my view jumping is just as important as retrieving . I take it you are newbie to training lurchers and working them .don't mean to be harsh on you but get your dog jumping as it could save it from injury and all so get few more rabbits atb with dog . no not a newbie to lurchers just never trained them to jump all tho she will jump if needs be believe it or there ain't many places

    I don't usually say anything on these but this is ww3 on the way governments need to grow a big big pair of balls and start fight back now not next week or month but now with every bomb plane and gun we have these need wiping out now.

    Is jumping important for a lurcher its something I've never really thought of till I seen this .

    The cocker I have is 10 years old the retired lurcher 8 she was retired because of injury so I really only have he 4 year old lurchers and the terriers but there all out very day if I couldn't get them out I would never have dogs

    Not to long ago I had 7 dogs 4 lurchers 2 terriers and a cocker spaniel now only 5 one lurcher is retired one still running two terriers and the cocker and I bring my grandads lurcher put to good job the wife understanding ha

    To be far the one i have never let me down she retired now even tho she only 8 all the knocks have taking there toll ill try put a picture up of her

    I have a 3/4 whippet and hound 22/23 inches very strong and deadly in small fields short fast runs but speed was her downfall in the end

    I heard of some lads selling them to Dublin zoo I know of a reptile pet shop and and a reptile zoo in the southeast think there in kelkenny might try them I always give away rabbits to old lads around one keeps trying to give me bottles of brandy ha

    Is there anywhere in Ireland that buy rabbits of people as in uk my freezer now full and people that I give give them too have enough for now so thinking of trying to sell what I don't. Need

    I never broke dog to cat and it's a pain there was no Cats when we moved here now the woman across the road has 6 of things that insists on using my flower bed's as a toilet and Don't get me started on her dogs that sh*t where they want

    I know one farmer that lost 18 sheep to a dog over a few months. it alway happened at night he would stay up all night some night.but could never catch it and he didn't want to shoot it straight off he wanted to find the owner.so he sets a big live trap .he go the dog rang the county dog warden .who came and took it the woman who owned the dog turn up mouthing off she wouldn't pay for what her dog done so the farmer tell her what will happen next time the dog turns Up on his land she got the dog back out of the county pound two weeks after he shoots the dog after it killing 3"lambs he videoed
