  1. true, 1/4 collie x 3/4 grey, nice easy lurcher to work and live with I wouldn't say 1/4 collie as first dog I know joe had one on here and was a real handful !out of interest was it just border blood or both beardy and border mate?
  2. Nice write up. You'll find by the time he's 2 is when he will get his full speed anyway, and like you say, brought up with racing greys don't help. Lol he's a nice dog Atb with him.
  3. Boy dog or girl dog cooks my fuckkng sweeten in Hahahaha
  4. Something laid back and not highly strung. Whatever x you just gotta make sure you got lots of time n your consistent in training. Too much collie in a dog can play you, too much terrier blood can end up stubborn and saluki types can be a pain as well. f**k the lurchers where's my lap dog...
  5. they are thin on the ground mate. What u bringing in June
  6. Obviously in person the light is better. This just for comparison the halogen u can barely see anything on vid lol
  7. Shield fitted. It also elimates noise climbing

  9. Just to save confusion, and to save people possibly PM me, I am not Martin , just a mate that's had off him for few years and I mentioned about putting number up after giving another member on here his contact.
  10. Well, I do nothing compared to the pros on here and still end up with injured dogs, whilst everyone's else dogs are fine and dandy season after season lol so I need more than one mutt
  11. But , a couple of injury free lurchers will do me lol
  12. very good food this for your dogs and it comes as fresh as is possible ive been having it for a year at least now from martin and its fantastic valueyep. defo bargain, and good stuff! Reliable guy as well.
  13. I bought a silent dog whistle, because you can adjust tone to dog response plus consistency is key with any training, HOWEVER, I don't use treats.
  14. Any of you South Wales lads wanting big amount of chicken, fresh, cheap and reliable? Give Martin a call on +44 7880 319337 10kg box £2.50 Cardiff area
  15. Used both, Led lights are very good too, for what I intend on doing (filming) the H.I.D worked better, the spill is manageable with a very minor mod but its not really a problem. It actually has advantages if used correctly, but each to their own, I have had no problem with spill by spill, I didn't mean it was a problem. These lamps are miles better than the LED, Iv used all three, halogen hid and LED and HID miles better in my opinion, even the dog has been catching better. And it the spill on ANY lamp bothers u , u can buy a halo neoprene online that cuts it completely out
  16. I only ever did the hiding thing when it wouldn't listen after I called it by whistle. Soon learnt and got brilliant recall. I wouldn't of done it if my pup is abit wary and new to going far from you like yours. As the rest have said, all about the bond.
  17. Best lamp about in my opinion. You may notice the spill a little more due to it being so powerful but it's actually less than my 140 halogen. Just brightness shows more.
  18. That pup is credit to you fantastic looking dog!
