    I seen two pictures hanging in a gallery just of Picccadilly London anyway went in and asked how much ? they said both paintings where sold to the States for 10 grand each . I done some research and the artist names John Emms died 1912 and used to follow the New Forest Foxhounds .

    Nah shows and rosette I believe give a positive image to people that are not into terrier work , I've never took them seriously enough to worry about wether they're a bad thing . For me " The Real Devil Within " are the clowns that film themselves with dogs on a fox and put it on FB . These shitehouses will and are doing more harm to terrier work than any country show or any rosette hunter ever done !

    fair play but what do you mean act a certain way ? I think most men gifting pups are not looking for someone to act but to be honest and give the pup a fair crack at graft . There's nothing wrong with making sure your pups get a good home as you said there's a lot of wrong uns out there .

    That's bollocks unless your in the special clique jog on you won't get a pup ! I have been gifted pups by men that haven't met me before other than a few pms and phone calls . Obviously they done there homework to make sure I wasn't a shitehouse and I done the same. There's other lads on here that have been gifted pups that haven't been in the job long but because they trying to do the job right they've been gifted pups ! I don't forget favours done for me and I'm sure there's a lot of others that won't forget either. There are good men out there that gift and I won't knock them because

    I don't know about bartering or favours but onetime I did win a rather large scruffy jack Russel that was about a 12 months in a card game lol. I was only young and I'd just started to go to the pub anyway being young I had to much to drink and started playing cards with a few older diggers.     My mate that died was a funny chap when it came to gifting pups in fact at one point we had words, we never fell out but things needed to be said . I'll give you an example I still laugh at this , right one of he's oldest mates asked him for a pup when he's good bitch had a litter . Now this mate was the man that was in charge of he's last will and testament when he died . So basically he trusted this man with every penny he had saved to do the right thing if ever the time come, and it did , to spread everything he owned correctly among he's children .     I don't know if you remember lads I puta thread about my brother moving out of the city and into the countryside and how he's little lads are taking to it like a duck to water . Well he was looking for work as thing where a bit tight and got a job working for a man doing pest control , to say he loves it would be an understatement . Yeah less money but a happy man with a happy family you can't buy that !!
