I agree mate. Fair play to the man, nice to see such a positive attitude when you could just as easy give up 100% agree as well ! it's just some traveller children haven't got as many positive role models , other than Tyson Fury and Billy Joe Saunders I mean ?

Lads I've been out the game for a long while and have just concentrated on my terriers also I haven't had a coursing dog for a good few years . The last dog I had was out of a cream saluki called caspa to a black n tan bitch called wiz . Anyway long story short a mate of mine bought him as a pup , I think he gave £800 back then for him , anyway he gave the dog to me as he had other things to do . Turned out the best hare dog I ever had ! anyway the dogs been dead a few years now, so I was just wondering does anyone know of this specific breeding or who bred them ? Long shot I know lol

Did they get the fella that shot him ?? Terrible that happened to him however great to see him getting on with things and doing so well yes mate , he was only a young lad when it happened about 15 I think .

He was shot in the back whilst out lamping and the bullet went in he's spine and as a result was paralized. He's now represents team GB in the last para Olympics ! Just thought I'd share a positive story ?

Well done to your plummer Gaz and deffo worth investing in a locator of sorts now as she'll go again given the chance,good to hear it ended well and you will be surprised over the comming years just what these rat dogs can do given the chance ..Cheers fireman. An honest bitch in an honest kennel,it was once easy enough to source such.Have times changed that much?,especially if looking for a Deerhoundy/Collie type.There are an awful lot of them bred on the Welsh border,many in Scotland,Leeds was once an hot bed as well as North Yorkshire,there are an awful lot of hunting folk that visit this forum,many genuine and honest about their mutts,im looking for one of them. like I said good luck , it would be nice to keep us updated when you find the right bitch
