    Obgrey's post caught my eye Hod Carrying. But I have had a lot of jobs. Was a different time though, you could just turn up and ask for a start not like now ticket for this ticket for that health and safety etc. The first job I had was in about 1965 at 14 at a market garden for a tight old f****r Mr Hallkins.     Could be Birch polypore mate. A very interesting fungi not nice to eat its bitter. Sort of burst out and forms almost hoof shaped fungi.     Well tonight I was knackered I've been out detecting didn't want to cook nor did Wifey. So just knocked up a quicky Scrambled egg on toast with some smoky bacon and a couple of sausages cut up on top. Cheers Arry

    It is very nice well pleased plenty of black pepper and had to add bit of sugar. Got a few Chinese containers full for the freezer. No ive not made green tomato chutney yet, might have a go if I get a load that don't ripen. I do how ever usually make Brambly and Onion chutney. Cheers Arry
