That's Standard practice on a site now Stav...I used to knock up timber V shape 'hoppers' from a few scaffolding planks,keep the mess down a bit,for when the boys had to fill them....now most sites have them specifically made for H&S reasons..

I have noticed in the health industry Indians seem to be very well qualified and hold high profile jobs, I think there is perhaps a cultural/family demand on the 2nd generation children in the UK of Indian families on education. Might be way off the mark and not looked at any google stats etc, just from what I've seen. I'm pretty sure the Chinese are very hot on education as well, perhaps that's why in the main Chinese and Indians have integrated better into Western culture?
