Well you know the cost of royal mail sending letters out or forms as gone up first class is mounted up and second class is not so good so knowing a lot of the police force it more convenient and cheaper over online to do you licence that's how I think

All the artwork going in to the metal spending hours of design work getting it to be so perfect even for a one off piece then assembling all up by a highly skilled person then the proofing house to see if it's suitable for the customer
