Fibre ferments in the gut causing bloating an gas,we can get short chain fatty acids from other foods that won't cause these issues. Also they say it reduces glucose in the blood,another way to do that without fibre would be to stop eating so much sugar lol Do we really need to eat food that we can't digest? Here's a question for you,why hasn't our bodies evolved so we can digest fibre?

On a training course at work today and us over 40's got offered a prostate blood test. Just got the results now, passed with flying colours, bittersweet really as I fancied a thorough examination, part and parcel of being a machine I suppose.
