6) ICE cops are told NOT to shoot at vehicles even if they contain suspected illegal immigrants. Despite this directive, there have been six fatalities involving ICE cops shooting at vehicles.

7) The only crime she committed in my opinion is at most reckless or dangerous driving. Her private life seems to offend the moral majority. It has nothing to do with the facts of this case.

He will probably not even face trial. And  if he did the  full weight of the establishment will be behind him. He will be portrayed as a cop protecting US citizens.

In my opinion he's doing the opposite. I think he shot at her in white-hot anger. And if I was on a jury, on the evidence I've seen in the videos, I would find find him guilty of murder.

Even in the  culture of America, where gun crime and trigger happy cops are the norm, tens of thousands of people have turned out across America to protest at what they  see as a callous assassination by a  cop far exceeding his authority.

I read this and almost agree with you...it could almost make me change my mind....until you think about 1 thing....she shouldn't be there in the first place...

If cops were down your street carrying out a warrant on some vilan....armed cops smashing in a door of some local bad guy would you go down there and confront them...no of course not you would be glad he was off the streets...

I agree that he shouldn't have have shot her but if you look at the footage from the agent, she's looking straight at him she knew he was in front of car and if you look at the car the back end squats down and the wheels spin. She accelerated with a person in front of the car she's not completely innocent.I don't why the agent didn't just shoot at the tyres but like greyman said he didn't have time to think,also he'd been hurt by a car before maybe he thought it was happening again.

Are you 3 yrs old or summat or you watched to many actions films ??  , What's going to happen if he shoots at the tyres? Feck all the cars still going to be able to move forward and be used as a weapon, take out the driver , cars no longer a threat as a weapon .. 

Imo that officer made the right decision in the time he had to make that decision

I think American law enforcement have been banned from shooting the tyres of fleeing vehicles as they were getting too much “collateral damage”.

They are only allowed to shoot if they think lives will be in danger or for self defence.

No I'm not 3 years old and I don't watch any films,what I meant was the other agent could have slowed the vehicle down,she didn't need to be killed he walked away and she could've been taken alive and charged with attempted murder because one thing we'll agree on is she deliberately drove at him. I'm surprised they're not wearing body cams,I think the cops over there all do.

As for him walking away have you seen the video of the Mayor saying he could have got worse of a fridge door she just grazed him,does that mean if you shoot someone but miss its not attempted murder.
