Bendigo 1,565 Posted December 9 Report Share Posted December 9 We always do a buffet. Prep it all the night before. Cook 3 different roasts. Salads, pies, finger food. Then just keep throwing roast spuds, parsnips, sausages in the air fryer all day. We have tried sit down dinner and going to a restaurant but everyone keeps voting for the buffet so that's what we will do. If it's not windy I might light the BBQ as well.
