Well it’s funny that them breeds I mentioned have all got great stamina, it’s always baffled me how them little beagles can catch hares, they just run the c**t out of them over about half an hour, I’ve always wanted to watch a beagle pack at work but never had the chance, I’ve heard they are better run on land where there is not too many hares so they can just get on the scent of one and stick to that, if there is too many hares about they keep getting onto fresh hares and don’t stay on the same hare long enough to wear them down

That they do laddie

Oh dear, is it finally catching up with you that you're an inept nerk, that can't see when his own dogs need treatment, rest and recuperation, over your own ego?

Your dogs are still not 100% and you've been running them, and offering days/matches out etc.

Kin el, get a grip, Gooey.

The hares probably don’t go down holes as much when the beagles after them because they don’t feel under pressure for most of the run as there always a good bit ahead of them, they only get near the hare for the last few minutes when it’s completely exhausted, it is probably the same as what it will be like when you start running your pure 😂

      **sorry for the double post**
I know I'm probably going to get the piss severely ripped out of me for asking this, but
Has anyone ever successfully trained a deaf lurcher (from two working parents and I own her 4 year old sister who is an awesome little bunny basher.)
Genetically she has potential, but...what do you experts think?
She's not a Double merle by the way, it's extreme piebald/white head. Her vision is perfect

      Evening all,
I'm lucky enough to have first pick from a friends litter. He’s crossed his Saluki dog with his Collie Bull GH bitch. I’ve only seen videos of the litter as he’s based in UK. Few different characters in the litter, some sit reluctant off in the back ground others play among themselves two are incredibly forward one more than the other.

What key things do you look for when picking a litter? I’ve mostly ran mine on rabbits, reds and some others.

      Go stead,
      oshea
