Lol half the porters are foreigner's mate and the NHS staff look how  hard it is to go to hospital get an English speaker  fs I'm one of them ones if your a painter or decorator your no less than a porter or NHS staff etc they choose to do that job they get paid for it that's sort of it to me lol he could of been a porter because he didn't have the brain power to be a doctor lol mchull could be on to something
