Our own Government controls legal immigration , they issue visas and could just as easily refuse visas, but the won’t. It’s nothing to do with the EU since we left; we took control of our own borders but if the government doesn’t want to control them it’s not the EU’s fault. When we were in the EU , over 400 million people had the right to freedom of movement that we had no control over. That has stopped since we left, but Starmer is going to reinstate it, albeit for under 30’s, but the EU is pushing for it to be under 40’s. What part of Brexit am I unhappy bout ? Well the Northern Ireland situation to start with ! Boris said there would be no border between GB and NI in the Irish Sea, but that’s exactly what we got ! NI is still under certain EU rules and regulations and how on earth has it come about that I can take my dogs or horses to Wales, Scotland, England without the EU’s rules but I can’t take them to NI , a constitutional part of the UK ? The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland voted as a whole to leave the EU, so why is NI still subject to the EU’s rules and regulations ? It’s a rhetorical question , I know the answer, they were sold out by the Tory’s and the rest of us are about to be sold out by Labour ! Cheers. Of course you can, the trend is clear, after Brexit many EU nationals left the UK and the Tories replaced them fourfold with immigrants from the 3rd world, they haven't done this for the fun of it, they did for economic reasons and labour shortages, taking back control was the biggest load of tosh they ever claimed, just like that claim of £350 million to the NHS. As for Northern Ireland, Johnson positioned himself as a hard Brexiter yet he signed the deal out of "necessity."

It meant out completely then if we wanted they could try and work a deal out that bettered us by using proper leave voters to do the bidding, not all pro remainers who clearly were installed to sabotage our vote, out means out like in the old adverts from yesteryear about fires, Get out and stay out, they never said get out but leave your legs in to get all burnt

Boris was never a brexiteer though, he only said it after the nation voted out, he was an opportunist that got the hoof too, he was responsible for the illegal gimmirgrants on his watch too

Bangersanmash 4,419
Ive just read that a judge has called on King Charles to step up and wanted a meeting. It's saying that Charles has spoken with Starmer. Told him he's not happy with what's going on with the EU business. And that the general public aren't either. Whether it's all true who knows will see

The ECJ only holds some power in Northern Ireland and only on specific issues. It doesn't control UK immigration.
