My good mate has one. I'd say it's worth about 100k now . Lovely car . He also had something to do with the famous 45 RA registration one lol . You'll know what I'm on about if you know about them. Classic cars are a good buy but you also need storage .

i think the bubble has burst on classic cars and classic bikes at the moment seen a few auctions recently with a lot not fetching their reserve and not selling

Totally agree, but my rather off the cuff attempt at a joke was in fact deadly serious…..now this is just my personal opinion and has been my firm belief for 23 years…. Some things you can’t buy…

My Mrs has ordered me to take the next 6 months off ...sort my head out lol, gonna retrain and get into something I enjoy doing for the first time in my 45 years on this planet... everything we have is

If I had 100k cash to burn as a investment I’d buy land as much as I could get as they don’t make spare land no more cars are dead money unless you already own storage

Land not bad but don’t rise to quick , unless you got 3o yrs to wait on it.

Land has got to be a safe spot to keep money in if you can find it with the land grab that’s going on. Depending how much land you got you could make a small income off it as grazing land or renting out as allotment plots  or cropping the land your self.

Land rents about £40 an acre per year for simple grazing land, take out hedge cutting costs, ditching, gates, fence repairs, tax it’s a shit return.  But anything kept long enough should go up. Classic cars go up if you keep em long enough, like houses , the key is don’t panic and sell when the prices are dropping,if something drops it normally will come back up strong.
