Look at the sphinx and pyramids in egypt, they are far older than the modern humans in egypt, they are from the old world, that became so wicked that God wiped it out by a global flood, except for those species in the ark. The most logical and convincing argument I have ever heard about there being something “more” (I won’t give it the label God because peoples opinions are too entrenched in religion) is the argument of “Intelligent Design” There are simply some things that it’s hard to ignore that they are so perfect and so complicated that they just couldn’t have happened by accident (and Big Bang & evolution is really just the theory of a series of accidents happening over millennia) Take the elbow or the wrist or the brain, scientist just can’t recreate them…..they can fly a man to the moon granted but they can’t make a wrist ! They can’t make an acorn, something so tiny but that contains all the genetic information to make an oak tree a thousand times it’s size….simply add water and soil ! Scientists can’t do that. A watermelon seed is absolutely tiny, and yet it contains everything to make a giant watermelon. Why is there 73,000 species of tree ?…….why isnt there just 1 ? How does that frog manage to let itself freeze and then thaw itself out again in 3 months time ?……surely that’s not an accident, some intelligence infinitely more powerful than anything we can comprehend had to design that ? Everywhere you look, intelligent design so complicated and wonderful but so common that we don’t give it a second glance ?……..I just find it hard to buy the “it’s a total accident” theory. Each wave of the flood deposited a new layer of sediment followed by another then heat and pressure caused them to fossilise, by minerals invading the host cells and replacing the biology in the cells with minerals in the fossils, look at mudfossil university on youtube, very eye opening, look at the leviathan from the bible, and how God cut its head off, and look on google earth at morocco, its there in all its glory fossilised 1500 miles long with a sever on its neck decaying onto the land, too big for the naked eye to even see but with help from google earth we can see it, the giants in those days where so huge we are like grass hoppers to them, Quote Link to post Share on other sites
