Seen half. First 30mins Putin gives a history lesson on Russia and how the regions split, very interesting really. The jist of what Ive saw so far is he asked Bush or Clinton (one of them) about joining the NATO and it was refused, no intention of moving into to Poland or Latvia, wants to talk about a conclusion to the war but but no one is interested and keen on it escalating and he has offered on numerous occasions to work with the west.
