Fairly sure it's not. When I was on Facebook a master of beagles I knew was always putting videos up of coursing in Russia. Carlson said Putin did his for free! Now to my mind Johnson could have said yes a million dollars which I will donate to the people of Ukraine who are suffering, that way he gets his story across and makes a statement, but no he wanted it for himself.
